Alphabet Deal

I'm not happy their service. Because their support team not also good and not timing contact with customer.

Alphabet Deal is a fantastic online store that delivers on its promises. They have amazing products at affordable prices and excellent customer service. They also have a generous return policy and a secure payment system. I trust them with my online shopping needs.

Refunded a product and it's been 8 months since I returned the product but they still haven't refunded my money. Every time they email me back they just come up with another lame $#*! excuse and have ghosted me for the past month. Buyer beware. A cheap product that is over price and literally the worst customer service.

I can find almost everything I need here, and it's quick and comfortable. The site is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The prices are very reasonable, and I didn't have any troubles with the quality of items and shipping. Gift cards are also one of the reasons I like Alphabet Deal; choosing gifts has become much easier.

I returned a 2 pack of pants that did not fit my husband. The company received the return on 6/21/22. As of 8/2/22, I still have not received my refund. I have been in contact via email and received two response emails from the company stating I would be getting my refund (this last email being over 2 weeks ago). I tried contacting the 1-800 number provided in the email, however no one has answered the phone. I have never had so much trouble getting my money back on a return. This company at this point has stolen money from me.

This is a horrible company. The customer service number is not in service.
I placed an order November 8,2022, and never received the order.
I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund. The first few emails someone responded that I would receive a refund. The next couple of emails the company responded that the company was having technical difficulties and were trying to resolve the issue. That was in December. I asked them to call me to discuss this and they have not responded to the last several emails I sent.

They obviously intend to keep my money.

Everything was very operative! Managers are quite competent, they told me everything, told me everything! The courier was very polite and patient, nice person! Satisfied with the purchase! I recommend it!

My product was never shipped as they advised me it was on back order. I have emailed them 12 times asking for the status of the refund and each time is another excuse. Would not order from this company ever again.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, I've contacted them several times by email and phone within the last week and no one will talk to me and my payment has cleared my bank account. I feel they are a scam!

It may take awhile to get in contact with a customer service representative but once you do they will be in contact with you quickly. I was able to communicate via their Facebook profile page then via email.

I placed an order on April 14, its may 4th! I still haven't received tracking or my product. They have taken the money and I will be disputing it with my bank. I have emailed 3 times now, and asked for a refund twice. Have not gotten an email back or a tracking number.

Beware, the masks in the photo are NOT what you get (see their photo). I got 4 white, 4 black and 4 very bright tie-dyed. I already have tons of black and white masks. At least I can give the tie-dyed one's to my granddaughters. This was a FAIL.

The bra's were thickly padded. It said nothing about padding in the details. There were strings everywhere & 2 even had little holes in them. I consider them to be poor quality. Wrote in to return them & get a refund. I just hope they'll let me without giving me a problem. You get what you pay for I guess.

I am a seller and they tricked me into listing and selling my products on their website (dropshipping model). They said that they will pay me 7 days after the customers receive their orders, but it's been 2 months since the customers received their orders and they haven't paid anything and now they stopped answering me.

They are tricking sellers into selling and fulfilling orders but when it's time to pay they won't answer anymore.
Do not sell your products on Alphabet Deal. It's a SCAM and you'll lose your products and money
