I am a seller and they tricked me into listing and selling my products on their website (dropshipping model). They said that they will pay me 7 days after the customers receive their orders, but it's been 2 months since the customers received their orders and they haven't paid anything and now they stopped answering me.

They are tricking sellers into selling and fulfilling orders but when it's time to pay they won't answer anymore.
Do not sell your products on Alphabet Deal. It's a SCAM and you'll lose your products and money

I'm an Amazon seller in the process of expanding our sales channels and thought Bonanza would fit perfectly for our business. It seemed quick and easy to register and start listing, so I gave it a shot.
After registering, I connected my Amazon account to import the listings thinking the import would make everything a breeze.
Unfortunately, they only imported 1 image of each listing and some useless listing attributes. No bullet points, no descriptions (probably because I am using A+ content) but I did tick the option to import HTML so it should have worked.
Anyways, I went ahead and updated everything manually. Photos, descriptions, everything. I have about 30 listings so it took me a long time to update everything.
As I was waiting for my Bonanza booth to be approved, I got logged out and couldn't log in anymore. I wrote to customer support and here's what they said:

Thank you for contacting us. Our system is preventing us from opening an account on Bonanza for you at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. It is our priority to keep Bonanza the safest possible marketplace for our buyers and sellers to use. Due to security restrictions, our team is unable to provide further details involved with this action.

Fortunately, we are able to recommend a few great alternatives such as ioffer.com or ecrater.com, both of which have strong monthly traffic and a good base of buyers and sellers. eBid.net is a good site for those who wish to deal in the auction format.

If you have any further questions, please see our terms of service, which provide complete details about our user policies, including our right to suspend an account at any time.

Thank you for your interest in Bonanza and we sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

I then did a bit more research about Bonanza and found many articles and complaints that this happened to many sellers. They will waste your time so don't even bother.

Now, I am sure someone from their support will reply to this review as they have replied to all other negative reviews, and say that we should contact them and they will handle our problem.

They're just trying to put on a nice image. According to all the reviews I read, they won't solve anything and probably won't even answer you.

PS: I suspect the problem was from my IP address. I travel a lot, currently in Romania, so I joined from a Romanian IP address. That's what probably triggered their dumb bots as I know this is the case with ebay as well. But I would have thought that connecting my Google and Amazon account with them would take the trust issue out as they've already verified everything about me.

Anyways, rather than using dumb Bananza try Etsy and Wish. They're more seller-friendly

In Jan 2019 I purchased 2 tickets from Vivaticket for Andrea Bocelli's concert in Lajatico. This was one of my biggest wishes in a long time so you can only imagine my hype about it.

I paid EUR 354 for the 2 tickets which is not exactly cheap but I thought it was worth it, after all, you don't get to see Andrea Bocelli in concert every day, right?

I read the Terms & Conditions on the confirmation email and Vivaticket website and it said that "In case of bad weather, the show is postponed to the day after." I still have the email proving it.

The concert was scheduled on Jul 27 so I booked my return flights on Jul 29, based on what the Vivaticket scam website stated.

As you'd imagine, I was so eager and hyped up about the concert and when I got there, unfortunately, it started raining. I went over to the venue to claim my money back but when I got there, I was surprised to find out that the concert was still on, even though it was pouring outside.

So I sat in line, waited for about an hour and a half in stormy weather to collect my tickets and about 30 minutes after collecting them, the representatives decided to postpone the concert until... MONDAY, JUL 29.

I told them that my confirmation email said that 'in case of bad weather, the show will be postponed to the day after' and certainly not after 2 days.

Most of the people there were tourists and they were in the same situation as me.

We asked for a refund and they said to contact Vivaticket online.

So I contacted them on Sunday, Jul 28, to ask for a refund. I followed the instructions on their website, which said that I should apply for a refund by filling their online form.

I filled their form and got a confirmation email from them saying that my refund request "has been correctly registered and your case will be dealt with by the office in charge, soon."

Nobody contacted me afterward so I wrote them another email on Aug 3, asking for updates on my refund application. On Aug 5, the Vivaticket scam answered and said that they will process the refund between 6 and 8 weeks because there are many requests.

I waited and since nobody from Vivaticket contacted me since then, I wrote them again on Oct 6. This time, they didn't even bother to answer me anymore.

I waited again, thinking that they may be busy with so many requests, and on Oct 29 I lost my patience and wrote them that this is unacceptable and they should return my money at once.

On Nov 7, somebody bothered to answer and said the following:

"As stated by the instructions published on our website, in the "Cancelled and Rescheduled Events" area, the original tickets should have been delivered to our office by August 2nd.

It appears that the original tickets have not arrived to our offices by the due deadline, therefore your request cannot be taken into consideration."

This was news to me as I have checked the "Cancelled and Rescheduled Events" area and it didn't say such a thing before. It only said that I should fill out their refund application form.

Furthermore, nobody from Vivaticket ever mentioned such a thing after filling my refund application.

I have explained this to them and they're just ignoring me. I have made an official complaint through the EU Resolution Center and they are ignoring that too.

Moreover, I am sure they did this to so many people at that concert and the fraud is probably worth tens of thousands of EUROs if not more.

I can't possibly understand how Andrea Bocelli is selling his tickets through the Vivaticket scam and why he associates with fraudsters.

Of course, I will not let this go and press them through any means possible but I think everybody should be aware of Vivaticket's fraud and scam.

Amazon may be a good place to do your shopping, but for sellers, it's a nightmare. Amazon's customer support is one of the most incompetent you'll ever find in any company. Whatever your problem, their solution is a copy-pasted answer which often is not even relevant. Most of the times they create unnecessary problems and I always end up complaining to the BBB website to get my issue solved. And only after that, they will bother to solve your problems. I think Amazon should be regulated and a governmental body should be in charge of overseeing Amazon complaints
