Company changed my review from a one star to a five star on a product. I purchased an alarm clock with charging capabilities and it doesn't charge my iPhone. Company gets a one star because they changed my star review from a one star to a five star on the product.

I was charged for the product, however, never received it, nor did I ever receive a confirmation email. I would not recommend buying anything from this site. I did receive an order number from them trying to send it a second time, and still haven't received anything.

I've been trying to return the items for refund because of size. I was sent a return shipping label that had my shipping address as the return address. The postal service came and then knocked on my door that the package would be returned to me.

Very easy to navigate and can find the things fast. As compare to other sites rates are less. I can say this is all in one website from clothing, toys to jewellery of both men and women.

I found the UI of the website quite simple to navigate, which made me scroll out multiple products in a short period of time. I even got an amazing deal from Alphabet Deal.

When I received usps tracing numbers, I assumed the articles could be tracked. Unfortunately, the items were not taken to usps for a few weeks after I received the tracking numbers.

As l do not order very much on line, this experience gave me more confidence & certainly surprised me with speed of delivery & pricing as well.

Horrible expierence! I will never buy from them again. I do not reccommend this shopping online website. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, for a no open box return. Back and forth emails with an excuse everytime. They are scammers trying to get your money.

I made a purchase on 02/20 and have not received it nor a tracking number. I have contacted this company on three occasions and only one response. And that response was a discount on a future purchase but no information about the purchase I have made. The phone number listed is not answered you only get a voicemail. I still have not received my order nor any communication.

The courier was on time. But the delivery itself was delayed by one day after the originally announced deadline, but the delay and rescheduling were communicated in advance, so all in all a good impression

I place an order from this company some time back, I never receive by order, nor did I ever receive a refund that was promised to me. This company is run by a bunch of crooks and fools. I have been advising all my family and friends to STAY AWAY from this company. Again DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Everything was very operative! Managers are quite competent, they told me everything, told me everything! The courier was very polite and patient, nice person! Satisfied with the purchase! I recommend it!

The worst customer service ever! I never recieved my order. When I contacted Alphabet Deal they said they were not responsible. I wanted the item but instead I had to report to my credit card company that the item was never recieved for a refund. I will purchase my item from a different company.

I ordered this a month ago. Still haven't received them or a refund. They won't answer emails or phone calls! They sent me a tracking number a couple days ago that doesn't work. SCAM! DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY! RUN!

I returned a product back in June. I still have not received my refund. Company claims it is coming.
