Service was exceptional from the Website ordering platform to the customer service portal right down to the final product. I was a bit concerned I might have ordered a bit late to receive my Valentines gift on time. However, not only was it on time, it was early. Well Done!
I placed my order on Dec 29 for my wife's birthday on Jan 28. I was assured it would make it in time. I started inquiring about it shipping the week of my wife birthday. I was told "it would ship any time probably tonight." It did not. The following week I was told the same line twice. The week after I was told that 3 separate times. I also inquired via email multiple times and only received an automated responses. After deciding I needed to resort to threats my ring was finally shipped. I had it appraised on 2/17 and the jeweler showed me 2 of the amethysts were chipped. I will now have to pay for those repair costs. I am disgusted with Allurez and will never do business with them again.
Jewelry doesn't look anything like the picture in the advertisement. We called 4 times to get an update on the delivery date when it was not delivered when they said. Each time they said it will be delivered at the end of the week; each time it was not delivered. The whole experience was TERRIBLE! We returned the jewerly (at our cost, which is their policy) and they said it will be 4 weeks till we see our money refunded; sure hope it does. We will never order from Allurez again.
The ring purchased online looks nothing like what I received! There is no stamp on the inside of the ring Allurez as pictured, maybe because its so thin. Tried to get a refund the same day it was delivered and was told it was not refundable since it was a "design your own" ring. I ordered the ring described and pictured on your website... didn't design ANYTHING I only requested the correct size! My receipt doesn't even describe this "design your own" this was for our 25th wedding anniversary... what a shame. The web site describes the parameters for a refund, if within my order or during the payment process it was disclosed that the ring ordered was not refundable, I won't not have made the purchase. Called last week to find out about the "free gift" another false claim from your company, was told my order didn't qualify but I would get a call back, never got the call back. The free gift promo code was SG21. Totally a dishonest experience!
Ordered the emerald cross, very very small, expected at least an average cross, bottom of cross not proportioned correctly, the bottom of the cross should have been a little longer to look like a cross

The wrong engagement ring was sent to me and after 3 weeks and endless emails and calls it's still not resolved. The wrong solitare band was sent with no evidence of the diamond setting being the one I ordered and payed for. Order number *******.
Long wait because of Covid, totally understandable. Setting quality not as expected. Scratches and tool marks on both sides of the setting. Customer services offered to have it shipped back and polish out the marks but I didn't want to have to wait any longer.
One of the worst customer service experience for me.
Allurez could not deliver on the time they promised and then told me they can't cancel the order as it is against their policy. I got the bracelet one week late and the clasp of the bracelet won't work and the quality was bad. The customer service will not give me the RMA number and kept arguing with me to keep it instead of returning it. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. I lost the shipping cost of about $50 because of their policy.
I will not recommend this company even to my enemies.
We went to every jewelry store locally without luck. We wanted something different, something that would permanently leave the impression on my husband and myself. We found that the ring was special on Allurez. The entire procedure is done via e-mail and via the Internet. Thanks to that, it's easy for me to order, to prove and to designate the size. I do not know how to do it without the help of friends who recommended me to the Allurez jewelry store. Each custom order I have in the future for jewelry will definitely work with alurez

I purchased an item from their site at the listed price. They accepted credit card payment then they called me a few days later and told me that they actually needed a few hundred dollars more and wouldn't honor the price on their site I made the purchase under, which they accepted. Completely unbelievable behavior.
Product did not arrive during window provided by Allurez. I contacted Allurez weeks later to get an expected delivery time, was told "item is being crafted." Zero communication from Allurez regarding delay. A month after their estimated arrival, which was 3 weeks after order was placed, I requested my order be canceled. Allurez refused to cancel my order, and again stated item was being crafted. (A basic wedding ring, with choice of a center stone.) Emails were exchanged regarding my demand to cancel the order. I finally submitted a complaint with PayPal (who I paid through after reading negative reviews) and with my credit card. The ring was overnighted after I contacted my credit card and PayPal. (Ring is NOT as pictured. Wedding band is NOT attached to the engagement ring, per request at time of order.)
Everything is fine the site, the seed they deliver - and I suspect the return process will match. The quality of the product is great too - but trying to judge the size of the items with nothing else in the picture is very difficult, however. The item I received was much smaller than I expected. I think having something in the photos with the item would have made gaging the size easier.
I had to follow up multiple times to find out what was happening with my order and when it was shipped. I never actually received a shipping confirmation but had to reach out to find out when it would be arriving on multiple occasions. The resizing and shine they did looks and fits great so I appreciate that but the communication and customer service could be improved.
It was very difficult to communicate with them. My ring kept getting delayed more and more without any indication as to why. When I could finally get ahold of them (after many different attempts and messages left) they would consistently tell me that the ring was shipping either at the end of the week or beginning of next week. This went on for a month. Finally they had waited too long and I called to cancel the order. I was told that the order was cancelled and while waiting to see a refund they mailed the ring out when I wasn't home and now I've been fighting with UPS to try and get the ring to send it back to them.
The communication from the staff at Allurez was exceptional seeing as I am in the UK.
Once the ring was completed the shipping was efficient and swift.

It was easy and with the epidemic of Covid and being able to ship an expensive ring and trust allurez. They provided me reassurance that I could trust and they provided me tracking info and when it arrived. Will definitely use allurez again.
This was bought as a gift for my wife. She saw a very similar one in a diamond commercial and loved it. This shipped very quickly and allurz communicated very well. I didn't really look at the dimensions but it was bigger than expected (bigger than a quarter) and it shined very beautifully. My wife has worn it since she got it. The packaging as well was professional and didn't look cheap. Great place to buy from!
