Engagement Ring

Horrible.

Horrible. You never sent me an email when the jewelry was ready to be shipped and then you shipped it to the wrong address! It was meant as a Christmas present and you folks did a miserable job. I'll be sure to let people know not to buy from you.

Poor communication and service

It has been seven weeks since I paid for the order. I was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks. I called many many times when I finally could get through I was never given correct information I was often told it would be coming next week which it did not come. After five weeks I received half of my order and I'm now being told soon will come the rest of the order with no specific time. I was told the order would be overnight delivery and I followed the first part of the order and it took several days

Allurez is definitely the best place to purchase a marvelous gift for your loved ones or yourself.
The quality of their jewerly is as enchanting as it's looks.The cut of the stones is perfect.
I bought a ring for my fiance, and I must say, I can't be more satisfied. She is also delighted with my choice, which was not easy, choosing between so many beautiful rings.The prices are reasonable, so there is nothing you should worry about. If you are shopping online I assure you there is nothing you should be scared of, Alurrez will not disappoint you. Another thing I must say enthused me was their professionalism. The service is quick and responsible. I would recommend Allurez to anyone anyday, and I can't wait to buy a present for my wife our next anniversary.

I purchased some earrings online at Allurez for my wife in the beginning of January with expectation of giving them to my wife for Valentine's Day. I was assured that they would arrive in two weeks at the most. Two weeks came and went and nothing arrived. I emailed and called Allurez and was assured they were just finishing them and they would be here in another week. Another week and nothing arrived so called and got same story. After 7 weeks of waiting I opened up a refund request from PayPal and finally then I received a notice the earrings were being sent. A week later the earrings arrived. 8 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to wait with no updates and these were listed as "stock" items and not special order. I missed Valentine's Day but fortunately have an understanding wife. I wouldn't recommend going business with Allurez as they aren't truthful and can't deliver on what they commit to. Look elsewhere for your jewelry needs.

Worst customer service ever
January 19, 2021

I ordered 16" white gold 14 carat chain. After receiving the 14" white gold chain, I left many messages and sent many emails to customer service. I felt accused that I was not telling the truth. Even when I sent the pictures of the 14 " real length this chain I felt that it was only my problem not the store or somebody's who was responsible for the mistake. I was ask if I want to replace or repair. I asked for the replace and got answer that it could be repaired and I got instruction where to send it, but none said anything who would pay for the shipping fees. I am still waiting for the answers. Thank you for asking

Allurez - Best jewelry

This store is one of my faves. I just received my necklace I ordered and it came really fast. When I saw it I was surprised how amazing quality it is. Packing was amazing. I get so many compliments everytime I wear it, that's why I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Christmas jewelry box

Nice jewelry box. My only issue is that it was ordered in December and arrived mid May. I didn't realize that my credit card had already been charged in December because normally charges go through when item is shipped. Since it wasn't arriving, I ordered a different jewelry box from another company. Now I have 2. My husband told me to just keep it because it is a nice jewelry box.

Quality of service was terrible

Needed product by a certain date and was told they would do there best. Ended up waiting more then 3 weeks longer then I expected. Needed item I purchased asap as I had a planned proposal and was told they'll get it to me. Every weekend passed and had to keep cancelling with companies I hired for my proposal. Finally I was told after 3 weeks I would get it by Saturday 10/9/21 that was another lie. UPS Delivery for next day wasn't even made and I got my product on Monday 10/11/21 and had to cancel all my scheduled planning for a 3rd time. Product was okay when received not as quite as nice as they have it shown in the pictures online. Never again would I order from them or ever refer anyone to them.

Minor hiccups but very pleased with product

Shipping understandably took a bit longer than I expected since I wasn't aware that the piece I ordered was being manufactured. I assumed that the jewelry was in stock. I'll take the fault for making this assumption. I had my doubts about the product, since this was my first order with Allurez, but the quality was great. Chatting with support over email was good at first, with turnaround replies within a day until they started giving me the cold shoulder (no reply after a week). I finally called the support number and the person who answered the phone was familiar with my inquiry, which makes this feel like a much smaller business than I first assumed as well. Long story short, after chatting with someone in person and having my issues resolved, I am pretty pleased with the end result.

Rojan, if you have the opportunity to read this, thanks for coming through.

Horrible customer service!

I purchased a 14k white gold pendant necklace for my wife's birthday. Before I did, I asked if the pendant was marked "14k". They said "yes". When I got it, it was stamped "1k". After a number of emails and phone calls, I sent the item back. Allurez kept it for 5 days until I called and asked what was going on. They said they are "repairing" it and will overnight it to me. I just got the shipping notice which is second day air. If you are going to buy from this place, be aware that you will never talk to the same person twice and the people who answer phone and emails are not located in a jewelry store, so you are never dealing with the people who handle your item. Lesson learned for me, as my wife won't get her item until 16 days after her birthday.

Sample rings helped a lot!

I was shopping for an engagement ring with side rubys. I liked one setting, and found that Allurez would send samples. I requested a second sample, just to be sure. I ended up liking the other setting more, and felt very comfortable gauging what the ring would look like with the diamond I was considering. I look forward to receiving the real thing!

Delay delivery and Scratches on product

The delivery was delayed and the product was very disappointed me due to there were some scratches and seem quite dodge as the same as the wrap and some glue on the gift box, very regret to spent more than $1000. 00 on a product like this!

The setting for the stone was bent a good 5 degrees off center. Pretty sloppy for a $2,500 ring. I had to bend it straight myself because I needed the ring for the weekend. One of the sketchiest things I've had to do.

Never will I ever purchase anything from them again! Useless arrogant customer service who keeps wasting time by beating around the bush and not addressing the issue. They sent me the WRONG PRODUCT and I missed my original proposal date. Then they have the audacity to say they don't do refunds…

Gold apple pendant was perfect!

I was very pleased with the communication from Allurez. I ordered an apple pendant necklace to surprise my daughter on her 18th bday with a trip to NYC. Once the order was placed I realized it might not arrive in time. I texted the recommended communications number and was kept informed for the entire process. It arrived a day early and the actual pendant exceeded my expectations. It was much better than the picture. Great product, great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible replica

I decided to go with the "try at home" for free with the replica. I understand the replica is not as "beautiful" as the real ring but this replica was so big on my hand (even though I put a note for my ring size) also the gemstones were so tiny compared to the one of the website. I immediately returned the replica

We ordered three ring sets to view at home, only one was shipped. We were not told of the status of the other two ring sets. My charge card was charged for all three sets. When I called I was told the other sets would be coming but not sure when. It could be three weeks, it could be three months. It is very misleading when you place the order for viewing at home. I feel that the charges should not go through till the item is shipped since there is such a time frame gap when the items could be shipped.

Engagement Ring

I received the ring I ordered and the workmanship was good and was what I ordered the stones were smaller than advertised but the ring was still gorgeous. Customer service did not impress me at all. The ring was to be made and shipped between 2 and 14 days. It was over 30 days and numerous calls got numerous excuses. I had to get nasty to get it shipped.
