I was looking to design a custom ring, when I found Allurez not only was the staff extremely helpful the price quoted was half off from my local jewelry store! The team did an amazing job on my custom ring, every detail was designed perfectly! I was extremely happy with the customer service, delivery time, and of course LOVED the ring.

I ordered a wedding ring set. I loved the rings but one of the rings was the wrong size, much larger than the band which was the right size. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to return the ring using Fed ex or UPS, regular mail was.not allowed. Even though the error was made by Allurez, I was required to pay to return the ring, which cost me $40. I still haven't heard anything from them about when they. Might send me a new ring. Will never purchase from the M again. Mistakes happen, but they have terrible customer service
We were sent the wrong item. The company reached out to let us know the day after it was delivered. We have spent over a week trying to get the return label emailed in order to return the item, with no response about when they would send the correct item to us.
Company is refusing to accept return of a ring ordered with standard options claiming that it is a custom ring and thus not returnable. Do not expect this company to honor their published refund policy.
The pendant is gorgeous. Absolutely perfect. However, the chain is crap. This was a gift for my daughter's graduation and the chain broke as she was wearing it. Had it on for an hour and we almost lost the pendant. Not happy about that at all for the price we paid.

When I first called them, I told them that I wanted to look at settings for a very sentimental stone. They were very understanding and patient! They helped me select the most beautiful setting within my budget. The ring that they created for me is spectacular!
The setting for my stone is white gold, surrounded by a halo of diamonds, with intricate work in the profile and down the sides of the ring. The diamonds are dazzling and of the highest quality, and the craftsmanship is superb.
They made sure that my ring and the appraisal arrived when promised. They went well "above and beyond" in terms of customer service.

I purchased a loose diamond from Allurez and I love it. I live in Canada and decided to buy from them as my friend recommended me to them. I paid with wire transfer and even got another 1.5% discount. I got the diamond appraised for double the amount I paid. Very happy with my purchase.
The ring i ordered came in good condition and beautiful but i used a code for a free watch with a purchase of 1000$ or more and never received that watch. I emailed allurez about it and they never emailed me back.
Will never order from this company again. Placed an order on March 3,2020 and received the order on was April 20,2020. Made phone call after phone call and got no where with my calls. I called my credit company to reverse the charges and the next week the item came in. I paid for a warranty for $99.00 dollars and never received. I paid $99.00 for the appraisal and it came.
I have requested information on how I can return the earrings and get a refund and have had terrible customer service and follow-up. The earrings are poor quality and don't sit properly on my earlobe due to the construction of the post. Very disappointing.
I bought a ring and then tried to return it. They gave me the runaround for a week! I had paid for an heirloom quality stone that was anything but. Let the buyer beware! I actually had to get in a shouting match to finally get my rma. Poor customer service
Thank you for supporting Veterans! The ring I purchased was beautiful, but the size was deceiving. The picture of the ring showed stones very visible. I can barely see them when I got the ring. Like I said, nice, but I wish they would have shown it on a hand, so I could see gem sizing. If I had known, I would have bought a larger carat.

I was looking for a jewelry store to custom make an engagement ring for my fiance. I was really happy to find out about Allurez as they have lots of customization options. The engagement ring I boughtlooks much better in person and my fiance loves it! Thank you Allurez! I will be back to buy the wedding band.
It looked nothing like the pictures. I had to use a magnifying glass to see if there were diamond chips in the settings or if it was just the prongs of the setting. There were colored stones in it as well, a fraction of the size and extremely poor quality color compared to the pictures on the web site.
My ring diamond fell out and no body at your company answers a phone or call anyone back. It basically took us 5 months just to get someone from your company to talk to the insurance adjuster to get the diamond replaced.
I ordered a ring a month and a half before I needed it. I told them my deadline and said that if they could not meet it, to cancel the order. I was repeatedly told that it would ship in time - first two weeks early (they said it was ready and ready to ship), then one week early. Now my deadline has come and gone and no ring. The customer service department here should feel ashamed of themselves. No one has any idea what is gong on within this company. I am beyond disappointed and upset and no one has done the first thing to help me. Still no ring.
I was a bit overwhelmed when it came to purchasing a ring but the process was fairly simple with this company. It was pretty easy when it came to choosing the metal, band, and diamond. The turn over rate was pretty quick as well. The only issue I had was that the diamond/head was slightly uneven. A quick fix I managed on my own.
My only complaint is that contacting them was difficult. My phone calls were mostly unanswered and my messages not returned.
I loved my rings and had no problem with my initial contacts when placing the order. My rings were a little too big and I was unable to talk to anyone about what to do. I will have to get them resized locally I guess…..
