Horrible product and terrible company to deal with. Never ever have dealt with the company like this. How do they exist it's mind bogglimg?

They offer a style that required a choice of stone. The call it custom and refuse return. That is cheating

I'll update this if they choose to get back to me. On the 7th I ordered a ring, with a written deadline of "need it by the 22nd please!", they said they could make it happen over the phone before I Place the order. The 22nd goes by with no notification that my order is delayed, even though I called on the 17th to confirm that I will receive it on time. It is now the 24th, and they are saying I'll get it on the 28th at the earliest. One tactic they used on me is waiting until the 18th to tell me my diamond is not available, and that for 200$ they'll upgrade my ring so I can still get it on time! Because I really needed the ring, I agreed to the up charge. Still no ring. Called to cancel my order, and they are saying they will not allow me to cancel my order, and even if I did, they expressly said they will only give me store credit if I return the ring. I read over the return policy and they vigorously advertise 30 days return, And "easy returns!". Even the Fine print says I should be able to cancel my order, as they haven't even crafted my ring yet.

Very nice products at very reasonable prices.
Jewerly pricing is mostly subjective, Allurez offers great options.

I had a very good experience with a customer service advisor called Venetia who was very informative and helpful.

All was good. Ring was what I was expecting. Took a little longer than advertised but not a big deal.
