STAY AWAY. I bought a couch that came in two boxes. Just had to wait for my renovations to be done before I moved it into my house. I opened the two boxes and saw two pieces of a couch. All looked fine. Renovations finished and brough the two couches in only to find they sent me two "right sides." (Was supposed to be a left and a right). It's been 60 days since I made the purchase and they are hiding behind a 30 day return policy. I mean, can you believe that? Now I'm stuck with a useless mess. RUN!
I found a dining table that I really liked (Clifton) and was not able to select the walnut top with the larger base so I called and spoke to customer service. She told me that she could put my name on a wait list for this combination. I told her that it was an option on the website but she took my email and said my name was added. Later that day I was using the chat feature to ask questions about chairs and had a suspicion that the agent from the phone had lied and this was confirmed. The walnut Clifton dining table is no longer offer in the larger size. Had I not followed up to ask I would have been waiting to hear back from All Modern. What an awful person who is clearly in the wrong industry since she was UNHELPFUL.
I bought a table from them. After three days they cancelled with no reason. I emailed to say I still wanted the table as it was one of a matching pair, and they ignored me. All I get from them is spam emails, no matter how many times I unsubscribe. To make it worse, the item is still being sold on their site.
Yet another unethical company that doesn't verify email addresses and doesn't unsubscribe. Flooding your inbox with endless unstoppable spam.
Delivery driver never showed and we were left with no bed

I ordered a couch from Allmodern (which I learned is a sister company of Wayfair) and paid extra for home delivery +assembly. The couch arrived in two pieces. The main piece arrived WEEKS later and they just dropped a huge box in my living room and told me that I did not purchase the assembly option and there is nothing they can do. Really disorganized and typical of Wayfair.
Their furniture is reasonably attractive but the craftsmanship is so poor that you are better off getting something either cheaper that you don't expect to last or more expensive.
The bolts that hold together the Lounge chairs I bought are barely holding the legs on. Unfortunately discovered 5 weeks after purchasing so returns are not an option.
My advice? Stay away
Bought a lamp on 6/24, arrived with missing parts (glass bolt) from the original box, called to get replacement, said it will arrive in 1 week, then i kept calling twice a week, keep saying its back ordered. Finally a month later around 7/30, i received the missing part but its the WRONG PART, i called again and they said they "already knew its the wrong part sent", so they are asking vendor to send another one out but with no ETA. This is not the main issue, they processed my card the date of purchase on 6/24. Due to the issue, i just wanted to return but they won't allow me, so i filed a dispute. These people charged on again on 7/20 & 7/26 like its something they do often. I have only have 1 time from them, on 6/24. The processed the same charge on 6/24, then 7/20 and again on 7/26 for the same charge without my permission. I have called my CC and dispute all of them. When i called them to ask why they charge me 2 separate times when i never bought anything from those days. The customer service rep "Nanette" said "i am confused why we charge you as well, but since theres a dispute, there is nothing i can do for you" and ask me to contact me CC instead. Ill gladly dispute all charges, what kind of trash shady company is this?
They give you one delivery date on their website, then a month after that date still no actual delivery date.
Not sure if they plan do actually deliver what I ordered.
Terrible company, will never buy there again.
Allmodern lie to their costumer.
Only 5 days after I purchased 3 items totaling over $2300, 2 of the items had price changes. One went on sale and the other was a reduction in the listed price — a total of almost $80 difference. AllModern, who is affiliated with Wayfair, refused to price match. They said they can't cancel the order but I can place another order with the new price but I would have to pay to return the first order.
Wait for the sale before you buy and don't expect any good service.
I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM. NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS, ORDERS NEVER COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE COMING, ETC. THE VERY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD ORDERING FURNITURE.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVERY AGAIN! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My All Modern (very bad) experience:
A friend has bought a new house, so we are furnishing and decorating it-well, to be exact, I am.
All Modern-we ordered the Alfonso dining table, perfect match for the dining room, US company of course.
The table showed up with the corner smashed in. They told us to donate the top, keep the legs, and a new table top was ordered. This was Feb-March.
We waited and waited and waited and waited- I called early June as there had been no word on the table to be delivered early May.
That table has been discontinued, your order has been cancelled, the employee told me... good thing I called.
SO, they refunded the US amount, which came up short $140.96 Canadian.
Basically, it cost $140.96 to give All Modern a huge sum of money which they kept for 6 months for a table that never was.
Be careful who you buy from! Still dealing with them and attempting to be reimbursed...
Bought a sectional, couple days later the price went down. I didn't even receive the item and Called customer service to adjust the price for me. They said they had changed the policy and they do not do that anymore. I was so happy in the past with them, now, every time I see something that I want to get, makes me not want to deal with them anymore.
Go other places, they will definitely adjust the price for you, even after a month you received the item.
The customer service reps are rude. They cancel and reschedule deliveries last minute without any consideration to the customers inconvinience and aren't appologetic about it. Regarding quality of goods I can speak to it since I haven't recieved the deliveries yet. But just on these interactions, I wouldnt be purchasing anything from AllModern ever
Bad seller. They overcharged me for items I ordered. I called them several times and they refused to acknowledge their accounting error and tried to blame me. They are bunch scammers. I will never buy from them again.
Your service Representative Marsha was very pleasant and easy to work with. She was the only redeemable part of working with your company. I am overall very dissatisfied with my purchase from AllModern. You listed the item as in stock with 2 week delivery. Ultimately, when the delivery was pushed out to 6 MONTHS from the purchase date (with no real commitment to even deliver then) I was forced to cancel the order. If you did not charge the customer until the order actually shipped it would be somewhat better but this is a crazy way to do business. I can honestly say I will never purchase from AllModern, Josh & Main, Wayfair or Birch Lane again. You can not treat your customers this way and expect to stay in business.
Simply needed to the know the finish on a vanity handle and the rep said he could not tell. That is extremely unprofessional. Wish I had known they do not take details seriously before buying
This is how AllModern hooks you. The nightstand I wanted was out of stock for 3-4 months. Once it became available, I placed an order for 2. Before I received delivery of them, AllModern posted a new 48 hour sale, but they refused to offer a credit for the price difference if $170 for both nightstands.
The lady offered me an option to refuse the delivery, I agreed to pay a $35 return shipping fee, and they will credit the balance back to my credit card. I could repurchase them at the discounted price, but it would be less the return shipping fee. I've decided to give my money to a company who has better customer service, especially when they offer a special price discount before I've taken delivery. That'll be the last order I ever place with them!
Item was purchased under one 'name', yet when I received the box, I realized it was the same brand sold at Walmart for over $100 less (over 25% less) and sister site Wayfair for about $80 less. Product also went on sale 4 days after receipt and they refuse to price match or accept return. Haven't decent opened it yet but so disappointed. I thought everyone price matched these days. I reached out twice and all I for was a 'sorry you're disappointed'.
