Wish I could use swear words! The bed I ordered - The order that customer service told me I would have delivered to my apartment door (A big fat lie), was on its way to me yesterday morning - 10 miles away - but by yesterday afternoon, I was told the delivery would not occur by end of day like initially stated. Now (next day) the order is 70 miles away and I am told that, The trundle piece of the bed, is being sent back to Wayfair for inspection. I called to see if I could just cancel the order but of course I can't. Wayfair will blame it on FedEx and FedEx will blame it on Wayfair. Never again will I order from Wayfair or it's associated affiliates (Joss&Main, ALLMODERN or Birch Lane). I pray that I get the opportunity to cancel this!
