Needed my order FAST! First time customer here... paid $22.00 for next day shipping... took my money and sent it ground! Now it'll be a week and I needed it asap! Called them... still no refund on my overnight shipping charges! Terrible customer service!
Just got off the phone with Allivet and UDPS, my dog is not getting his needed medication till Monday when it was promised to me yesterday Friday March 10th 2017. I am now in a rush struggling calling all vets and animal hospitals to find my dog's medication so he does not have a seizure and die on me. Isn't that great service.
Am always happy with the service and the prices can't be beat. I have a diabetic dog and her insulin is costly. She also had cataract surgery, and it doing beautifully, however takes several medications for her continuing eye care. Allivet had the best prices and service.
Allivet has low prices and they are competitive with other places. Has Autoship option that takes 5% off too and a rewards program.
Allivet has the best price on liquid vitamin e for my horse, and I appreciate free shipping, but it took about 2 weeks to get my order. I will continue to order from them but do it sooner.

Both are excellent! OraVet Chews get their teeth very clean & being seniors I tried the Nupro & in less than 2 months they are moving around easier acting like pups again! Impressed with both products

My dog is on a very expensive daily medication. Allivet has the best price by far AND the best customer service. The medication is prescription only and my vet's office has said they are one of the easiest companies to work with!
It seems like the last couple of times Allivet has needed to get Dr approval refills it is taking them forever to do it. When I contacted my vet to see if they had responded to the request, they always have in a timely mannor. However it is not getting seen on the other end which in turn causes me to get the medication I have ordered much later than anticipated. This is very frustrating knowing that my Dr has done her part on getting them what they needed as soon as they recieve the order.
I've compare pricing for pet prescription medicine online from other competitors and Allivet has the most competitive pricing. Customer service is great as well.

My most recent Order SO-******* placed on 2/9/2017 was for some Metacam that would have cost me over $80 at the vet. I get it from Allivet for less than $50. Shipping is on time, and expiration dates are never a problem. A lot of people use that excuse not to purchase their pets prescription online, but that has never been a problem at Allivet. I've been using them going on five years now.
Very quick delivery, only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the shipping is a bit more costly than it should be.
