I am a repeat customer. Allivet has always been quick to ship. Recently, I had a problem with a shipping address (I entered the wrong address). Allivet responded immediately to help resolve the problem. They are definitely customer service oriented.

I purchased the Douxo shampoo with chlorhexadine to help control my Yorkie's recurring skin infections. To my surprise, it smells lovely and left her coat very soft and silky. We're doing baths twice a week and so far her skin looks great. I also bought a conditioner at the same time but haven't used it yet since the Douxo seems to be totally adequate for moisturizing. Thanks for such a great product!

I love using Allivet's auto ship program for my dog's medication, just as in my most recent order, AS-*******. I never have to worry about getting his medication too late. Allivet always contacts my veterinarian if a new prescription is needed and they always keep me well informed as to when my next order will be coming my way. Also, if I need to make any changes to the shipping date, it's very simple to make the change on their website or by using the Allivet app. I can also add one time items to a shipment if I'd like. All in all I am a very satisfied customer!

Our dog takes 40 mg fluoxetine (prozac) daily for severe anxiety issues, with great results. This would cost nearly $200 for a 2-month supply at the vet or a local pharmacy, but costs only $16.80 via Allivet! Happy dog, happy owners!
When calling to inform that I had received near $800 in insulin CS rep was quick to tell me they needed to send me a return label. She thought I had not been charged though I had. Once she realized it had been charged, she informed me she needed to send this to IT and could not send me a return label. Haven't heard a word since. But, I still have near $800 of insulin...
