I love Allivet for how easy it is to place an order, and to reorder. I do notice that prices increases from year to year, however. But, for the quality and ease of service and quality of product I am very happy. However, my mother wasnted to order/price shop 2 medications for her dog. I gave her the customer service number and spoke to a person and then ended up in an automated phone queue, only to be disconnected. She ended up calling 1-800-Pet-Meds instead as a result of her poor experience with Allivet.

I have called more then 5 times to Allivet and each time waited on average 30 minutes. Person picks up and then hangs up! EACH TIME! Finally called after hours and got a voicemail. Left 3 voicemails and NO ONE has yet to return a phone call. Ordered item on the 28th and even had Vet fill out and send in front of me only to have this item shipped out on the 9th. What the? I need this item ASAP and this is how you handle business. NEVER AGAIN!

I have a kitten with a chronic uri caused by E. Coli. I ordered her med from allivet to save money. It was the biggest mistake I could have made. I ordered on a Monday and my vet faxed the script that same day. The med wasn't shipped until Friday and it was still another week before I got it. My baby was having a lot of difficulty breathing and I was having to "wash" her sinuses for her to be able to breathe. If the med hadn't gotten to me when it did I was going to have to take her to my vet and get her med from them. I will not use this company again no matter what the cost of my pets meds. It should never take two weeks for a pets med to reach a customer.

If you need your meds in a hurry, don't order from here! I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. How is it that companies like Amazon and Chewy can get items delivered in two days, yet Allivet can't even get an order processed for shipping in less than 24-48 hours after the Rx is received? Also phone hold times are at least 20 minutes and online order status is not updated in a timely manner. My order still says on Rx hold, but the operator told me the Rx was received yesterday.
So, I will continue to pay the vet for meds at 4X the price until this finally arrives. Not saving any money that way.
Pup and I are not happy. Two thumbs and two paws down.
That said, if you have all the time in the world to get your pet meds, order away. The prices are really good.

I placed an online order on 3/30/17 and now on 4/4/17 it is still showing on their website that there is a hold on shipping. I tried to contact someone through their "Live Customer Care" but nothing happens. I tried calling only to be told through a message that I was no. 38 in line and so I decided that I would wait so I could get this cleared up... after waiting more than 15 min. To speak with the next representative I got a recording to leave a message and someone would return my call. I see other reviews listing the same problems with this company. I will never order from them again.

I have never written a review before. Allivet is so HORRIBLE that I'm doing it now.
I have a sick, paralyzed dog. I spent over $18.00 for an EXPEDITED ORDER on 3/30/17. It is now 4/3/17. No order. I just spent a 30 minutes wait on the phone(15 minutes each) and was disconnected 2 times. For some reason I'm am unable to submit my info on line to UPS. NOW ILL GO TO MY VET AND GET MY MALASEB THERE. ITS COSTLY and they GIVE u what u pay for. WILL NEVER USE ALLIPET AGAIN.
