I purchased a large room sized rug from Overstock. It arrived within a week with free shipping which was nice. We put the rug down and within one week we noticed a thread fraying from the edge at one of the corners. I called and was told that they would send out a replacement rug but that I had to wrap and package the one I had and take it to UPS and return the rug. I had no problem returning the rug but wrapping and packaging a room sized rug was a different story. First of all, where do you get the packaging? I was told that I needed to purchase it from someplace like UPS at my expense, and then wrap it up. First, why should I have to pay for the packaging as the rug was defective and packaging this size of a rug is not an easy task. Then I was told that I needed to get it to a UPS location. I told them I did not have the ability to do this. They then said that they would arrange for it to be picked up by UPS but I must wrap it in order to return it and for them to accept it back. I am not able to do this. So I guess I am stuck with a defective NEW rug. I will never purchase from them again.

I placed an online order on 3/30/17 and now on 4/4/17 it is still showing on their website that there is a hold on shipping. I tried to contact someone through their "Live Customer Care" but nothing happens. I tried calling only to be told through a message that I was no. 38 in line and so I decided that I would wait so I could get this cleared up.... after waiting more than 15 min. to speak with the next representative I got a recording to leave a message and someone would return my call. I see other reviews listing the same problems with this company. I will never order from them again.

I ordered two id tags for our new adopted dog on 2/2/17. After waiting over two weeks, I finally received one tag. My credit card was charged the full amount for the entire order on the day I placed the order. I have tried multiple times to call the two numbers listed on their website but cannot get an answer as the phone is always busy no mater what time of day or night I call. (Off the hook?) I have contacted them twice via their online service form but have received no response. I filed a complaint with PayPal a week ago who forwarded the complaint to them, but no response. Do not buy from this company.
