Do not trust this company with any drug that is important. They cannot get their autoship to work and can rush an order when the make a mistake. They put my dogs life in jeopardy. Never use them there are plenty of other online pet pharmacies available.
This order for Lola was over $260. Although your overall pricing is still the best, I was very disappointed that the 10% discount, summer17, yielded $9.80. Do not understand. Also, the "cold shipping was another $30, when all it takes is an ice pack and 2 day shipping, no where near $30. Don't get greedy!

My previous review was for my 1st experience in April 2017. My review today concerns my experience in October 2017. Difference between night and day. Took 3 weeks to get medications. No one wanted to actually help. Several lies along the way. Just remember cheaper is not always better.
They are horrible in my opinion. We ordered out medicine that the doctor prescribed (Motron). The label was correct but they put the wrong medicine in the bottle. Our dog died 2 weeks later to its liver bleeding. Per our vet, the dog was poisoned but the medicine that Allivet messed up. We have been trying to get A hold of Allivet but they refuse to call us back or answer their phones. Be careful and double check your medicine since they suck.
I have a 16 yo Boston terrier with a hip problem and we depend on Carprofen to ease her pain. Allivet gets her medicine here when she needs it and is very affordable.
I like the reordering features on the website. There is a reorder icon that gets the ball rolling. So easy.
They are WAY cheaper, easier, and better customer service than 1800petmeds. Their prices are incredible and their customer service reps are LEAGUES more helpful and kind then the big pet med companies.
My dogs prescription failed to ship twice they were out of stock and kept telling that they have it and it is shipped.
I got a message that my rx couldn't be verified for the 2nd attempt and suggested I contact my Vet. I did so at 5:30 PM and they informed me Allivet had not contacted them. I called Allivet right away and waited on hold for 40 minutes for Allivet (no way they are that busy) and told the rep who was rude from the jump that my Vet was waiting for their call and would be there to 7PM. I could tell by what she said that she wasn't going to call, so I said you are going to call as soon as I hang up, she said yes. BS! Now fast forward to today and the latest auto email I get says they failed on the 8th attempt now and to call my vet. In the last 2 weeks I have emailed them numerous times with 0 response (didn't want to waste any more of my life on hold) but guess I will have to again. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN STAY AWAY! Everyone please go to the FL better business bureau website and file a complaint. I swear someone has hijacked this company
Not going into detail and relive the experience... You will be sorry if you do business with Allivet. I completed everything they asked for including $22 for 2nd business day delivery. It has not left their building... I asked to cancel, she said they can not. Gave them an opportunity to do the right thing. They chose to be rude, disrespectful and condescending. BEWARE
I attempted three times to get an order of time sensitive Heartworm preventatives for my dogs, from July through September. My first order they ask if it was Ok if they shipped expired meds. I said no, Ill wait for new one, I had one dose left. Over a month later, nothing. I emailed their customer several times and they were basically useless. Tried to reorder twice with no luck.
Avoid this company, the lower prices are not worth it and can be found elsewhere.
I placed an order at the beginning of the month for heartworm pills. After 3 weeks and my status still saying not shipped and no communication from Allivet, I emailed them. They still never emailed me back an eventually after 4 weeks they just cancelled my order. Just terrible.
The ordering process was easy. I am hoping that the order will arrive within the time specified. I have some concern in that some reviews indicate order was not processed in a timely manner.
I signed up for automatic shipments and they never shipped my product as promised. When I called to find out the status they assured me overnight shipment and still never shipped my product. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service! They do not even answer their phones.
I ordered a prescription at the end of Aug. As of today 9/25/17 they have not processed it. I mailed a hard copy prescription over 3 weeks ago. Will never use them again.
Been waiting for needed medication for dog. Called midweek to say can't track shipping they told me to wait till delivery datedelivery date-still hasn't arrived been on hold on phone for 45 minutes and gotten no where my poor dog

Going through the Allivet website was easy to maneuver and find what I was looking for. Everything is organized excellently and I love how they offered free shipping and provided coupon codes! Signed up for the auto fill every time I need a new dose for my pups because I know I'll be saving my money here.
Answer: They advertise medications with photos of the manufacturers' packaging. However it seems that when a customer gets the meds they are not in the original packaging. There is really no way to verify that the meds are either authentic (as opposed to counterfeit) or that they are not expired. Individual tablets are not stamped with dates. When they failed to send me medication in the manufacturer bottle, I contacted my credit card company, then ordered from a different vendor.
