I'vw been using Allivet for the last few years for my 3 dogs heartworm medication. I've never had a problem with anything. The pharmacist are right one the order, superfast shipping and great prices. You can call and talk to somebody, not a recorder. The website is easy to navigate.
So happy I found you guys and will continue to be a customer.

I purchase vetsulin for my Lab at a much discount price than I was paying at my vet's office. I comes on time. Because I live in the desert, I have it will called at my UPS office so it isn't in the truck all day. I am able to pick it up at UPS when it arrives in the morning. It is easy and priced at an affordable price!
Their prices are very good but there is usually a very long wait time to get an associate. Some of the associates are nicer than others and are more helpful. I had been waiting on my shipment to come which was on auto shup and I had spoke to three different operators and no one had told me that my prescription has expired. Also in the past I had told them that two of my dogs were deceased and they continued to send me emails for their prescriptions and I had to keep calling to tell them that my dogs were deceased, I wish there was better communication but again I stay with them because the prices are good
I see some poor reviews but after a year of ordering I have to say they are the best for prices and fast delivery in boxes to safeguard my items during shipment.
I have been ordering various meds for our aged aussie for 6 months now, and am loving how easy it is - and how much I'm saving! The hardest part was establishing the connection between Allivet and my vet. Now I can reorder with a click of the finger - what a time saver AND a way to save some bucks too!
Great pharmacy with good prices. Phone service is a little slow if you need it but people working are very helpful. Have to mail in rx.'s for my blind dog only because my vet's office doesn't deal with internet companies. But they update refills online good, so you know where your at to re-order.

Always order my dogs pancreatic enzymes & heart guard from here. So much less expensive than the vet. Free shipping and points are a plus as well
I found the best price for the imuotherapy for my dog at Allivet. Shopping is covenant. I do have a few issue's though. I have always been a bit annoyed by the fact that at all times I am reminded that shipping is free for orders over $49 this time there was a large banner stating this on the page that told me that my order in excess of $100 would cost $29.95, sorry to complain but that just feels rude. My other issue is with the rewards points. I happen to check on my rewards points, it seems to me that they are not always update. I emailed my question about this to Allivet. I just checked the website and they have updated my rewards points (at least for the last purchase) but I recieved no response to my email. I still plan on shopping at Allivet. I just thought I would share that there is always room for improvement.
Have a dog that is on maintenance dosage of a drug required daily and without interruption our shipments have consistently arrived with 5-7 days to spare. Very Happy with service provided to date
I recently changed my order status and it was promptly and courteously handled. The delivery time was exactly as I needed it to be.
I could not believe how long it took for his prescription to get here. After a few days of waiting I went online to find out it was being held up do to the bad weather in FL. It would have been nice to get a email letting customers know what was going on. I had to get a whole bottle of the meds my dog takes for seizers because they don't seem them one at a time. So all the money I saved shopping with Allivet in the past just went out the window. I still gave them 4 stars because I will save money in the future
