Ordering is easy. I price shop and their pricing is very competitive! However, there have been times in the past when they were out of stock of a drug my pet desperately needed and they didn't even tell me they weren't shipping it. I had to call after waiting way too long for it and then they told me that they were out of stock! I was so furious! My cat got sicker during that wait time and I had to go another route. But alas, it was too late and my cat died at the age of only 4 years old!
Prescriptions shipped on time from automatic filling service and a good price, customer service people always willing to help.

Allivet staff is on the ball. My dog's medicine came up for renewal and the staff contacted my Vet and handled everything. What better service can you ask for. No only is their prices cheaper but their customer service is outstanding.

This was my first experience with Allivet. I ordered Tri-Heart Plus for my Shih Tzu puppy. After I placed my order, I called my vet to let them know to look for a communication from Allivet and the fax was coming into the vets office at that very moment. That was on November 2,2017. I didn't check my mail until today, the 8th of November, but there was the package, waiting for me in the lobby. I was so happy as the next dose is due on the 18th. I will be ordering from Allivet, again and again and again. My dog just turned 6 months old on November 5th, so there will be a lifetime of ordering from Allivet. COLOR ME ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER! And let me add that I am a senior citizen of modest means, so the affordable prices are much appreciated. Keep up the good work, Allivet. I, for one, thank you.
I use Allivet because they are by far the cheapest veterinary pharmacy. But every prescription, I have to call them to call my vet. They won't accept a prescription from me. My vet won't send a prescription. Allivet faxes the vets, but my vet does not accept a fax. So every time I have a new prescription, it takes multiple calls to Allivet. You can set up autoship, which gives you a discount, but they do not notify you when your order is ready to ship. You cannot add to it or delay it. For that reason I give this company 2 stars.
I had placed an order 2 days before the hurricane and didn't receive my pet's medications until weeks later. When I called a week after the hurricane, there was no message saying that the phone lines were offline due to the hurricane, and I waited on the phone on hold for 45 minutes until after their posted hours of operation. It would have been nice if they had set the incoming calls with a message saying they were closed due to the hurricane. Prior to the call I had to take my pet to a vet in order to get the medications needed for my pet. I sent the meds back when I received them because it was so late and I had already gone to a vet to get the meds... THEY HAD THE NERVE OF CHARGING ME SHIPPING!
When I placed another order for medications the order was stuck in Florida for a week and I had paid for expedited shipping. ARGH - I called and the customer service rep was attentive and got another order out - I received it in the next business day. I had another call to Allivet and the second customer service rep was attentive and wonderful as well. I was to the point of never using Allivet again but those 2 representatives redeemed the previous experiences. I will call Allivet again.
I was paying so much for these items elsewhere. Prices are awesome. Also, the products arrived quickly.
This was my first time using this site. Was easy to transition from my former supplier. Was kept informed of shipping progress then got what I had ordered
I had to cancel my first order and the second one took a long time. I almost didn't order again but took a chance. It wasn't fast but a lot better then the first 2.
Since I don't drive, due to blindness, I thought a mail - order pharmacy, for my feline babies, would be excellent. I was so right in choosing Allivet! Even when the hurricane blew through Florida, they were very mindful to quickly communicate the trouble they were experiencing and that receiving my order may be delayed. They are the cheapest online animal pharmacy I've found. I'd recommend them to anyone!
Found this site on the intranet when needing to order prescriptions for my cat. Prices very competitive and site user friendly. Once you set yourself up on auto ship the future shipments are simplified. Received medications in a timely manner.
This site was actually recommended by 800 pet meds as the medication I need for my dog was not available through them. The vet price for the med was much higher. So far everything is working out well for the cost, although shipping for a small bottle of pills seems a bit high. The med cost is better than others I priced and the auto refill is working well so far.
