I tried to order from this company before. Their price for Vetmedin showed around $59 in the shopping cart. When I chose autoship the price jumped up to around $65. I replied to an email they sent me and told them why I hadn't ordered from them. I never heard back from them. At another time I ordered vetmedin from them but I didn't use autoship. Everything was fine and I got my order but the time between vet confirmation email and shipping email was 3-5 days. I just tried to order from them again and vetmedin on the websearch was around $60. When I clicked on the link it was around $70. I'm done. Good luck to you...
The cost of the prescription medicine I order is so much cheaper than getting it from the vet. Allivet not only saves us money, but the service is excellent. Easy to order on the website and has always arrived as promised to our back door.

This website was amazing, as well as the prices. I hope that I do not have any problems sending the prescription in for product purchase for heartworms, etc. for I am very pleased with their services and products available. The only thing I do not understand is the reason for a protective prescription for a monthly and regular thing required and needed by my dog for not in all countries prescriptions are needed for heartworm related medication.

The website was clean and straight forward to navigate and signing up for an account was very easy. I ordered a Rx medication and the transaction is not complete yet, when complete I will update my review. It may be 5 stars depending on the final result!
Have dealt with Allivet over five or more years. I cannot recall any time where there was a mix-up with an Order or a delay in shipping. Cost is always lower than vet office and other online pharmacies.
I ordered because it said free shipping over $49
Then I was charged S/H. I called to ask why and was told someone would e mail me in a few days with an answer.
No one emailed me. The medication didnt arrive.
When I tracked it, it said delayed.
So I called again and the lady tells me its because you live in Alaska. Never did I see any disclosure that said that. I said does it show that called to ask about that and no one has gotten back to me?
She said yes and the answer is because you live in Alaska. No one had ever followed up with an answer by e mail.
She said we can credit your Allivet account for the S/H. I wont be ordering again. I then asked for a credit back to my credit card. She asked her manager and said they would credit my card.
Lets see if that happens.
This is a great alternative to use then going through our vet. Your pricing was cheaper, we got the prescription in 3 day from the time I ordered it online. You even called our vet to get the prescription! Very happy with the service and will continue to use Allivet!
