Allivet has heart meds for my dog cheaper than any other sites. They were able to communicate with my Vet and send me refills when needed. I've order through them about 4 times so far, no issues with them. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, my orders have been correct and saved in my profile for any additional refills.
This was the cheapest site to purchase insulin for my diabetic dog. I was happy to see free shipping for over $49 but unfortunately it doesn't apply to insulin as it has to be 2 day cold shipped and thats a $30 charge for it. So unless you buy it in bulk, I' m not saving any money vs getting it from my vet. The only convince is I don't have to go pick it up and delivered to my door. I will still buy here, just in bulk and hope his insulin doesn't need to be changed.
Call, phone leaves you on hold twenty minutes and then hangs up. You can't get through to anyone ever. They don't return your customer service emails. They collect your money and never ship your product. I think they are actually just a scam, horrible company if it is even real. I called my bank to get my dollars back.
I am 78 and no longer drive due to eye sight and hearing. Ordering from Allivet has really made my life easier. My dog Mickey De has so many health issue. And now I can get his prescription medicine easier, plus it cost me less money. My sister in Nebraska told me about it I sure am glad she did.

Prices are pretty good, but web shopping cart is weak. The coupon code it applied to my shopping cart "magically" disappeared when I went to check out - luckily I noticed and added it back in. By then the site had asked me 4 times how I wanted them to contact my vet. I think you need a better coder.
Very rude customer service people and supervisor, were young, rude little girls with big attitude except one named Claudia which was very sweet but the call got disconnected. The site is no longer easy to navigate and does not prompt to order things that go together. Will not order from them again and I order often.
These were recommended by our vet for our 13 year old Pom. She is a picky eater but loved these. We noticed a difference in 3 days with her breath. Allivet has the best price and fast shipping. We will continue to order from them as long as we have our little darling with us. Also the vet said these would benefit her and we would not have to get her teeth cleaned, so thats a huge plus not having her to be put to sleep for such a cleaning when these do the same thing. Trying to call about an order. Still on hold... it's been over 90 minutes. I doubt they'll answer, but I figure I'll leave the phone on speaker while I work just to see if they ever do. They have my order on hold waiting for vet approval but have not acknowledged that they already received it so my order is not being processed. I have written to them with no results either. I'm leaving town on an extended trip and I need these meds to leave with my pet sitter. This is no way to do business.
I have ordered my dogs medication from Allivet 3-4 times now. I get a month's supply at a time, and it is significantly cheaper than purchasing it directly from the vet. I have had no issues with Allivet contacting my vet and obtaining Dexter's prescription. The order has been shipped out within a day or two from me placing it, each time. And the shipping is always much faster than anticipated as well. I am satisfied with this company and will continue to use it as long as my dog needs to take this medication. Thank you!
They have better pricing than my vet can offer. They contacted the vet directly to confirm the prescription (taking me out of the middle). I got free shipping because I met the threshold. I am about to order from them again and see if they can make it 2 for 2. My only slight complaint would be that shipping was a tad slow, but I was not under pressure to get the meds quickly because I still had plenty on hand.
I was a skeptic at first as my dog is in heart failure and I was down to the last week of meds. Her meds cost me $400 at the Vet and it was getting expensive not to mention two had to be called into a regular pharmacy which added another $100. So that is $500 per month for meds. I placed my order on Friday, my vet called in on Friday and the meds were filled on Monday and I opted for two day delivery, which delivered in 24 hours. I have to say that the hold on Customer Service is brutal, I had to hang up several times after 30 minutes. Didn't get the call back that I was promised but I was persistent and held for CS. Meds were delivered and now I am at ease for one month. Remember to make sure you have at least 10 days before your run out of meds for your pet. I highly recommend this pharmacy and look forward to ordering all of my meds in the future. They will debit your card $6.95 even if it is free delivery but it will be credited back within the next 24 hours. Thank you Allivet.

I run a small nonprofit animal rescue. Cost really matters. I've searched around and have found that the prices are quite a bit cheaper on the things that I need. Not sure how they get it delivered to our location so fast, but it's really nice not to have to wait and wonder where it's at. Customer service is always very polite and helpful.
Their lower prices are not worth the hassle of dealing with customer service representatives who do not respond in a timely manner. Their website clearly states they will respond within 24 hours of contacting them. When I pointed this out to them, I was still told how the issue was my fault. There are plenty of other online pharmacies willing to work with people who are patient and sincere.
So happy that I found out about Allivet! Not only do they stock my dogs prescription at much much much much lower price than the vets office, they also have his supplements at a great price as well! The few times Ive had to deal with their customer service department they were quick to resolve the issue. Shipping is always fast as well, usually out same day as ordered.

Fast service and very helpful. The price is right as my dog's prescription is over two dollars per pill. Allivet has the best price out there. If I were to buy it from my veterinarian it would cost me an extra twenty five dollars per sixty tablets. Glad i found this company.
I've been ordering IV fluids for my cat Otis for a few years now. They always deliver quickly and the prices are good, they could be lower, but that could be said for medications in general. Had to call customer service and they were also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
