We have used Allivet for several years now and have found it to be consistent and a value. They have several features that other sites did not have at the time to help expedite your order, and have the ability to schedule medication delivery so that most of the process is automated.

This website has it all. Most importantly, it has hard to find allergen free specialty items I need for my dog. They are so hard to find, but I can get them all at Allivet and also get a great price. I order regularly, you can also have an auto-reorder option so you never run out!

Allivet is an easy to use site and offers great discounts! They were helpful on the phone as well when I asked them to contact my vet. I keep going back because they offer savings.

I am an MD. I am annoyed that I have to have a vet's approval for a prescription item -- especially for something like lactated ringers, which I would normally get through a source intended for humans. Due to the national shortage, I have to go through a veterinary source. While I am glad to get it, I am annoyed that, as an MD, I have to hassle my veterinarian for permission to order.

The website is very user friendly, the prices are great, and I often get coupons via email. Customer service is easy to work with if there's an issue.
