We purchased on-line through Alliance Furniture a Steve Silver dining room server. Right from the start, Alliance Furniture informed us of the back-ordered status and possible availability date from the manufacturer. They gave us status updates and immediately notified us when the item became available, which was sooner than expected. They monitored the progress of the trucking firm and assisted with shipping inquiries. Everyone at Alliance Furniture was very courteous, reliable and thorough. A very well-run family business that I would highly recommend and use again.

We purchased 2 Parker House Granada Museum bookcases from Alliance in Feb 2021, which were beautiful and lowest price I could find online. Unfortunately one was significantly damaged when they arrived in late May (Covid related shipping delay). While the damage was in no way the fault of Alliance, they stood behind it and sent me a replacement bookshelf, which was in good shape when it arrived. They only asked that I donate the damaged bookcase which I considered a more than fair resolution. I would definitely recommend Alliance for online furniture purchase, but I would suggest a different carrier be used in future due to the challenges I had in getting timely communication in status of delayed shipment. I would have given Alliance a 5 if not for the delivery delays and challenges I had with the shipping company.
After looking for the right furniture to complete our new home office I am glad we found just what we needed from Alliance. Everything was just what we expected to to make the best working environment.

As a first time customer, we had an issue with a leather reclinner that we purchased through Alliance. You truly find our about friends and businesses, when there is a problem. Our problem was "all caused by the delivery company". Alliance had nothing to do with it, but once we submitted pictures, they immediately made arrangements for the chair and promptly arranged for the return of our purchace funds. They truly exceeded our expectations. Alliance proved, beyond a doubt, that they will protect and take care of their customers, without hesitation. I'll admit, I was nervous at first ordering a bedroom set from an online only company (based in Texas, I live in Ohio) sight unseen. But I couldn't be happier! The bedroom set (by Liberty) is great quality and arrived in perfect condition! It did take 3 months to get the furniture (was delayed at least once from the original timeline provided), but given all the supply chain issues (due to Covid), you just have to have patience. Alliance kept me updated and the company they worked with to do the final delivery and white glove setup was very professional and did a fabulous job! I love my new bedroom furniture! Another plus was when I did order, Alliance did give me some additional options with the set from what was listed on their site. The original set on the site had only one bedside table but they were able to add another table for about $200 less than adding it a la carte.
Found what I loved (flexsteel set) but could not find it locally. Amazed that I was able to purchase from Texas and have shipped to Idaho and set up with minimal contact. Sales was awesome at answering questions and following up. I will not hesitate to purchase from Allianace again.

This family business knows what it means to give great customer service. I was leary to make an online purchase through a company that I did not know for such a large purchase. Boy did they come through. With great pricing and fantastic customer service. I will look here first for any further furniture purchases I make. Secondly the company they have partnered with for delivery was amazing! Normally I stay out of the way from the service provider as they work. These guys were so fun I was sad to see them leave. The desk we purchased arrived in great condition and the delivery process was communicated to us even through the COVID pandemic. If I had further questions I just gave them a call and they helped me obtain information I needed
Alliance did exactly what they represented. Best way to communicate is by e-Mail. I would highly recommend them and I researched approx 8 other furniture companies.
We ordered a gorgeous dining room set from Alliance because they had the best prices by far. There was a mix-up by the delivery company but Alliance's new owner, Debra, called us immediately, and it was delivered asap! It's rare to find a family owned, on-line company that truly cares. Will definitely order from them again!
I inquired about a piece of furniture they had on their website. They responded that not only do they not carry it (odd because it's listed on the site) but stated "buy local!"
Hmmm why offer product online if you want your customers to only buy local?!
Ordered a sofa for a little over $4,000 and was a little skeptical of them... after being given a 3-4 week estimated delivery window, after two weeks I was told the wrong sofa was loaded by the manufacturer. I wanted to be sure this was not a situation where they delay me for weeks and then convert my payment to store credit. I flat out asked if I would either "get the exact sofa that I am ordering or receive a full refund". They declined to simply say "yes" in writing and instead said they will be refunding me.
I would be wary of a company who cannot commit to saying that you will either get the item you are ordering or a full refund.
Buyer beware. Phone number listed on web page is for joke only. No one will ever answer your call! Ordered one sofa, it was defective, send email with pics with in 24h but no response so far ( more than 4 days). Phone number does not work. No one communicated. Simply horrible. I will wait some more days and they I guess I need to go through the credit card company. Will never order again!
Unfortunately the issue with Alliance Furnishings is that once the product has been picked up by the shipping company from their warehouse they are no longer involved or responsible for the item getting to you. When you buy a product you want to be able to hold the company accountable for what happens during shipping but buying from this company you can't. Wanted to love them because when I had reached out to their customer service they were very prompt and helpful. Unfortunately the shipping has been a nightmare, I still don't have the product and I have absolutely no update on it. It shipped on October 25th and their website says 4-6 weeks estimated arrival, subject to current delays. The issue is that the shipping company has lied to us over 6 times about the date it will be here. Every week they say it's going to arrive and then when that date comes they push it back another week or two. I was told a month ago it was a state away from me, which at this point was clearly a lie. I followed up again and they said they had no idea where it was. I know there are shipping delays right now but I would appreciate being given an accurate estimated arrival date. I could have found multiple other tables that would not be taking this long and it especially is unhelpful in this shipping climate for the company you buy from to not be responsible or accountable to the shipping updates or experience. Once the order is in transit you also can't cancel without losing your money. I order this table start of September and we won't even have the table for Christmas dinner.
We ordered a trunk for our living room through alliance. It was by far the most affordable site by a few hundred dollars. They are a "middle man" meaning that they do not house the product but coordinate the delivery and any inquiries. They are very responsive and very kind. You can immediately tell they are family owned. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.
WE HAD PURCHASED A FLEXSTEEL LOVESEAT A YEAR AGO FROM A LOCAL FURNITURE STORE, BUT WAS VERY PRICEY. WE LATER DECIDED TO PURCHASE A MATCHING SOFA, AND AFTER SEARCHING ONLINE FOR A BETTER PRICE, FOUND ALLIANCE FURNISHINGS ONLINE AND IT WAS $500 CHEAPER, SO ORDERED ON DEC 29,2020 AND RECEIVED IT IN FEBRUARY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I HAVE SINCE DECIDED TO PURCHASE A MATCHING RECLINER.
