Unfortunately the issue with Alliance Furnishings is that once the product has been picked up by the shipping company from their warehouse they are no longer involved or responsible for the item getting to you. When you buy a product you want to be able to hold the company accountable for what happens during shipping but buying from this company you can't. Wanted to love them because when I had reached out to their customer service they were very prompt and helpful. Unfortunately the shipping has been a nightmare, I still don't have the product and I have absolutely no update on it. It shipped on October 25th and their website says 4-6 weeks estimated arrival, subject to current delays. The issue is that the shipping company has lied to us over 6 times about the date it will be here. Every week they say it's going to arrive and then when that date comes they push it back another week or two. I was told a month ago it was a state away from me, which at this point was clearly a lie. I followed up again and they said they had no idea where it was. I know there are shipping delays right now but I would appreciate being given an accurate estimated arrival date. I could have found multiple other tables that would not be taking this long and it especially is unhelpful in this shipping climate for the company you buy from to not be responsible or accountable to the shipping updates or experience. Once the order is in transit you also can't cancel without losing your money. I order this table start of September and we won't even have the table for Christmas dinner.
