As others have noted, this site scams people by promising low prices, then disappearing after the order. They do not answer emails or phone calls--ever--and you should not trust them. BEWARE! If you placed an order with them, try to make sure it doesn't go through on your credit card if possible.
I am extremely happy with my new kitchen island from All Folding Chairs Tables Not only is the piece beautiful, they kept me updated every step of the way from ordering, shipping and delivery. They had the best price ( I spent hours researching it) and delivery. Thank you.
Ordered 5/20. No response to emails or return calls. Not sure of companies real intentions, but you will not receive products ordered! Canceling credit card because they have my information. Hold from charge released but who knows what they are doing with customer information.
This company emailed me back when I sent my first email. They told me they would expedite the shipping. I have not heard back from them after waiting over a month from the initial email response. I have called and sent at least three emails. Do not buy from this company. Even though they are not yet registering as a scam site, just reading about all the other experiences in these reviews assures me that they are at best a HORRIBLE business.
I ordered in March. Was sent an email informing about a delay in shipping due to COVID-19, understood.
Well now after many calls and emails to request an update, nothing! I would expect at least an update on the website, a courtesy email, something!, but NOTHING!

Ordered a fabric bench for my bedroom on June 14th. On the website when ordering it said that the bench would ship between 1 - 3 days. I received an order confirmation and that is the last I have heard from this company. I have sent multiple emails without getting a response. I have called them multiple times and just got voicemail and no return call. Tracking information is not pulling up anything. The website has changed its name. I finally contacted my bank and reported the fraudulent 171.99 charge. BTW, they advertised the product for 95.00, well below what other vendors are selling the bench for. Then they tacked on a huge shipping charge. But I'll never see the bench from them. My bank is in dispute with their bank and reversed the charges back to me. Hopefully it will stay that way. BUYER BEWARE. Please don't purchase anything from this company.
I ordered a cushioned bench from this site because they had a great price on it. I confirmed my address and checked out and got their confirmation promptly with all my correct information and a general guide to how long it might take.
10 days later I had gotten no followup information from either the tracking or from the site. I reached out to them via email and phone and got no response. Their 'customer service' phone is a voicemail box that promises to return your call and hasn't yet for me. Their sales team sent me a new tracking link when I threatened them with disputing the transaction. IT WAS A RANDOM ORDER. I got tracking for a package that had nothing to do with me. I called FedEx to find out why and they didn't know why I was given that link as neither the address nor the recipient matched my information!
Do Not Trust these people!
Ordered two weeks ago. Still no chair, still no email, still no response to my phone calls or emails, but of course my credit card has already processed the payment. Not even sure this is a real company at this point
Shipped the wrong item. Took multiple emails to get a response and the correct item. Correct item came in a box so damaged that Fed Ex made a report that it came to them in that state from the company. Took a dozen emails for them to provide a shipping la el to return it, & they made me open the box to check for damage. The stool was unsteady and wobbly. Took another month for reimbursement and they only did after another dozen emails. Don't waste your time with this company.
I ordered a product online and only received an email saying that they received my order that I purchased. I've 3 weeks going on a month now and have not received an email saying that my order has shipped. I've emailed them twice, called them about 8 times and no response. That's not how your supposed to do your customer. That's ridiculous and uncalled for. I will never order from here again. This website has not yet been placed as a scam site, but it's ridiculous to take someone's money and not send them any information about their order. That's basically a scam to me. I wouldn't dare recommend this site to anyone. I need my order shipped. This is how they steal from people, I can't believe that
Ordered a Modway Commix couch for almost 1k, received an email a few weeks later stating it was out of stock and would not be shipped until about 2 months later. I said ok, and to keep my order. Flash forward to a couple weeks before I should receive it and I get a cancellation notice saying the order has been cancelled with no explanation. Reached out to customer service, waiting to hear back. Sounding like I will have to dispute the charge. Very Frustrating.
I stumbled upon this site looking for a piece of deck furniture that was sold out absolutely everywhere else, and it was advertised as cheaper than anywhere else as well. After placing the order, I've received 1 email from their sales, and after that - complete silence. Only then I read the reviews on this website, how people either never got their items or they were not what they expected, and I prepared for the worst. Finally I received an auto notification that the item has shipped and was on its way. Fully expecting the item to be damaged or wrong color, I finally got it delivered and it was perfect. Looks like the website has been taken down, but to those who are still expecting their package - not all hope is lost. If an actual sales person would have gotten back to me after my email to them asking for status, I would have left a perfect 5 star, other than that, can't complain. Although the auto notification did come in with updated status the next day after I sent them the email.
I ordered a patio set over a month ago have not gotten any updates to when it's being delivered I have sent multiple emails and no response never ordering from them again.
These folding tables and chairs are exactly what we were expecting and shipment was super fast. The slim design fit well in our smaller meeting rooms. We've received great feedback from our staff about the look and comfort. Will definitely purchase more in the future for our business,.
Don't buy to this company, I have trying to get a cancellation of my order, send many emails and calls and never obtained any information about. So this company force you to buy or buy.
I am not pleased at all with this company. I bought something and it was the wrong thing and for almost a week now I can't get an answer so I can return it so I can get a refund.
They should be charged and convicted. HUGE scam company. I bought a bed, they kept me on the hook until I couldn't turn it in as fraud on my CC. No bed, no money. No correspondence.

I am American Military. They have irrationally low prices (such as a dollar for a folding table with free shipping) and when you try to buy, AFTER submitting your shipping location and contact info, the site denies delivery to your location. If you're fooled into signing up, your information IMMEDIATELY is shared with SPAMMERS! I received 3 scam calls within one hour of signing up.
You cannot delete your account and you cannot remover your email address.
BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMERS! I ordered my $174 desk chair on May 13th. Great customer service UNTIL I received my product damaged! They emailed me on May 18th telling me the product would be delayed by 10 days and asked if I still wanted the chair. I said yes. On May 19th, they emailed me again and said the chair should arrive a little earlier. On June 9th... 3 WEEKS LATER, I sent an email inquiring about the chair I had yet to receive. They responded that they'd check with their supplier and send me tracking details, which I received in 2 different emails dated a week apart. I finally received the chair on June 18th. The chair was damaged so I looked on their website for instructions. I sent an email with pics attached. I sent 6 more emails over the next 2 weeks. I called twice. No answer, no response. Their return policy says if you receive a damaged product, you must notify them within 3 days with photos, which I did, and you can only get a replacement within 30 days of purchase. I didn't even receive the product from them until after 30 days of purchase. The website also says you must get a return authorization from customer service to return a product... but NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR VOICE MAILS! Thankfully, my credit card company refunded me the full amount as a permanent credit and I guess they'll go after them for the money. Look at the dates of the two reviews with 5 stars. They are old. I wish I'd done a reviews search on this company before I ordered from them!
