I'm an artist and a crafter. I buy tons of art supplies at a huge discount from what they would cost at retail in American craft stores. But I have discovered that AliExpress carries everything: clothing, tools, kitchen accessories, jewelry, etc. Check AliExpress first before shopping anyplace else.

I ordered a Lethem Battery. Found out that it was insufficient, I requested a refund. They said I needed to send it back. They are supposed to supply you a return label. Instead I got a Chinese address. I tried to get a label through USPS. I had USPS on the phone for several hours. I found I could not get one because of restrictions. You may have to have a special license to do so. I told AliExpress support staff. I also said I see that in their Buyer protection (Attached) I am supposed to receive a return label free. They determined that since I did not send the battery I will have to forfeit my refund. Just SICK!

"Ali Express is for $#*! chinese products that are predestined for a quick trip to the garbage dump. There is no actual customer service department, you have to deal with sellers directly who suck big time, I am talking about LILIN vacuum cleaners. The thing can't even climb over 0.5 cm wooden trim on the floor. My vacuum robot A333 came in less than a week from China to Canada, but didn't come with a power adapter. I waited 5 weeks for the power adapter because they decided to send it by China mail instead of DHL. Will never order from them again. Save yourself the hassle and get an irobot."

"I live in USA and I bought a shoes from Ali-Express. It was completely different than the description of the shoes. It looked so ugly when I wear it. I was ready to return and they asked me to pay for the shipping fees. Where shipping cost was more than the shoes cost. So, in either side, I am in loss. So, if you live in china, you can buy from Ali-express. It will be easy to return and get your refund."

I bought a Android smartwatch D5 No1 for USD117. It reached me as junk. I escalate dispute. No use.

Product was as described. Price was right. Delivery quicker than expected. Weeks away from ordering more when my Credit Card company informed me of an $865 charge they had declined from... Aliexpress! Thought I had found a gold mine... but you will be sorry one way or another! If you aren't scammed by the seller, the marketplace will steal your payment info and try and screw you! Stay away!

This site is a joke. My 14 yr old daughter wore a pair of Kobe 9 bb shoes for about 3 weeks of bb practice, which we ordered off this site (Alibaba), when a large chunk of the sole ripped off! I sent feedback asking for a refund or at least a new pair. I was asked to send more money!#@$? I said no of course due to the fact I'd already wasted $75.50 on this crappy knockoff. I have to believe Nike couldn't make this poor quality shoe. I have given up on trying to get any sort of refund back after several emails to/from a Chinese person! Do not shop on this site if you are looking for good quality & good service! I learned it the hard way and told that Chinese person I would spread the word!

Over 50 orders and I've never had one issue. Ranging from $1-$100.

Magic tricks. Rc cars/boats/quadcopters

Delivery has averaged at about 10 days with the longest time taken being 25 days.

In my opinion it's no different to EBay or Amazon. You have to check the sellers are highly rated before buying on any of those platforms. It's as safe as yo. U are in many respects.

Worst site for doing business. Keep your money safe and stay away. They put much emphasis on customer support to make you feel that your transactions are safe but in fact my credit card company blocked all transactions as soon I bought an item on Aliexpress. Turns out their concerns were totally funded. Aliexpress's Case Dispute = Nightmare, even for the most jovialist of you out here. Their system is nothing but an institutionalize organization to put a hand on your money and they prolong your Dispute Cases Ad vitam æternam, so chances are you'll settle for less and forget about it. They literally are the worst people. Trust me on this and you will never feel the urge to write a review of them.

Overall I had been having a good run with some very excellent sellers going to a lot of trouble to keep the customer happy. VOnly over last months had orders turn up with only half what I ordered or not coming at all. My most recent mishap was buying a garment steamer and on plugging it in I lost my power leaving the steamer useless Thank God for surge protection. On the box said 220v which should work in Australia. Upon telling seller they said more or less my bad luck and should c if I can get it fixed here in Australia. So I am left with a completely useless appliance which I didn't even get to use. So I would be very careful making orders with them especially electrical products.

The worst online site youll ever come across. Customer service is non existant.
Seller usually get it wrong or your goods get damaged from nil packaging, if you want to return an item, its at your expense regardless of reason. They look after their sellers and treat their buyers like idiots.
Congratulations aliexpress your the worst online shopping platform

Like Amber B. Said, don't order anything exprensive. I lost 40 € trying to order knifes. They promise total refund if order not received in 30 days etc... In reality, you won't get your money back. Probably you won't even get your negative feedback published on the sellers page. And there is no way to contact Aliexpress, if the "open dispute" time is over.

If you need a cheap spare cellphone charger or something, order from Aliexpress. But be prepared to receive a low quality product. For example, the clothes they sell are cheap looking in real life. And very small - smaller than described.

Purchased some LED floodlights from seller WeDo LED. Lights rated 100,000 hours. One failed after just 2000 hours. Multiple emails to seller with no response. Tried getting a hold of someone at Aliexpress without any success. They just don't give a dam! Will not be buying anything ever again from the filthy Chineese crooks!

Had some good products but have not spent over £30 on there. One bad piece so far and left a truthfull review. Seller bombards with mail and replys that the feedback has been removed so no one will see it now. So be wary.

Write your reviI strongly believe that aliexpress are just upcoming online stores that soonest will pull millions of buyer. I ran into suspicious seller on their site immediately they withdrawal his selling right and refund my money approximately 15 working day

Negative star! Aliexpress and some sellers are scammers. They shipped products in looong delay, buyers would never get any protection. If order same items in multiple quantity (>1), they will ship less with long delay, or received in broken pieces. Stay away and do NOT BUY anything from Aliepxress!

I've bought a lot of stuff on Aliexpress any usually I am quite satisfied. I'm in Canada and free delivery from Asia usually takes 5 to 6 weeks which I can suffer given the good prices. You do need to be careful to buy from well rated stores that have good volume since its most definitely easier to resolve problems with the seller than thru an Aliexpress mediation.
I recently bought a smartphone meant to work on 3g in Canada, but didn't. Fault was clearly seller's (and manufacturer's). I had to jump thru many hoops to win dispute and in the end still had to pay for return shipping myself. $50 on a $150 purchase.
I still buy from Aliexpress but only trinkets which I wouldn't bother returning in case of an unresolved dispute.

QJ CINGA 1987 Store is simply incompetent. The merchandise didn't arrive, I sent them the details that i launched an investigation with the local shipper and that they were eligible to make a claim. They stopped all communication instead.
I have found all other sellers on this site to be 5 stars. The product is often stage quality when it comes to clothing and be careful with sizing. Overall I've had some fantastic finds. Remember it's not one retailer but thousands.
