Don't order from here, good chance you will receive bait and switch or nothing at all for your money. Not worth the risk. I wait and wait for my refund for and item no longer in stock. Offered to be a product of lesser value AliExpress does not monitor the scruple of the vendors, like Ebay only worse. Every item I have ever receive from AliExpress has been inferior in quality to anything I could receive elsewhere for the same price or a little bit more.
The nozzle is not metal, but plastic. I put it on without any problems. Switching to the atomizer takes a bit of getting used to, it doesn't come out right away.

I ordered Apple charger through AliExpress and have received it. It worked for about one week. Further attempts to get either replacement or money have been ignored. Fortunately, I only lost 15 USD but am sure I will never order anything via internet from China.
In my search for great deals over the past few years, this site has often popped up in my google searches. At first after realizing products were shipping and coming primarily from China I avoided it, but I finally decided to pull the trigger on a product purchase. The correspondence about the transaction and shipping from the site was excellent throughout the transaction and the product arrived on time. Most of the stuff is generic non-branded, but the quality has been decent for the 3 items I've purchased and the shipping time has been amazingly fast via DHL. I would recommend trying a transaction here if there's a price on something really grabbing your eye.

I've ordered from them before. But I see when something isn't right, it doesn't go so well.
Simple MP3 player - $13. When I connect it to my pc (which I've done so many times), the new drive letter never shows. I tried my own cable also and my desktop & laptop, but the same thing.
So if I can't transfer songs to the MP3 player, it's useless and worthless to me.
To complete their dispute form, it's MANDATORY that I include a photo AND video. The submit button wouldn't accept until I did so. How silly to take a 10 second video of me showing the USB plugged in and how no drive letter other than "C" shows (as if it's really visible on the video anyway).
I don't know about most people, but when a business treats you like that, you don't do business with them anymore.

There are many bad sellers on the platform and AliExpress is not providing enough protection for buyers. I got burned on many transactions, some registered total loss on the amount paid on the good and also the return postage. Your loss may come from duty paid, seller refuse to accept returns and the return postage not getting reimbursed. AliExpress claims that it will reimburse on my return postage, but ended up just an empty promise. The amount reimburse is in a form of "One time use" coupon that will expire in a very short period of time, If you make purchase using the coupon, you would better pray for a good transaction, otherwise, the coupon will not be returned.
I ordered trainers on 5/12/2015 only to be told they were stopped by customs because the sender has insufficient paperwork and that a full refund would be issued within 7-10 working days. That was 03/01/2016. I still have not received my refund and have had no response from 6+ emails that I have sent. Will never ever be using this company again. And will be advising people not to use this site also.
Coins won on AliExpress flip game are predetermined. You will only get the coins they choose to give you. As for spending them that's a scam too. Ever wait up till 1 AM to try and get a coin exchange? My phone suddenly went haywire and took me to a different page. Guess what, it took several minutes to get back to the correct page and all the coin exchange gifts were gone. Instead you are offered to exchange your coins for worthless items you don't want. Here's hoping that AliExpress will suffer the same huge financial setbacks that AliBaba did.
Tricking advertisement, when you thing you did a good choice, The surprise come after getting your delivering. Heard to negotiate, to return, and refund. Money lost. The employee has no power to help at all. We are at the mercy of the vendor, who try their best do not return and refund. I was thinking saving money, but at the end I lost more. I bought several items some of them chip but the latest android phone I ordered never came and the seller just kept sending me false tracking numbers. I waited till today and wanted to complaint and open a case but I did not have the option anymore... actually it says that the seller received my money and I never received the item and probably will not and theres no way to complain or to contact aliexpress. Just a bad place to put your money on... They say you're protected but you're not! I'm done ordering from this fake site! BEWARE!
I am really starting to believe that AliExpress is prejudiced against bigger people. I do understand a lot of their retailers are in China are in different countries. But they need to be aware that people from different countries as well is buying their products and they need to start providing bigger sizes. It makes no sense when I'm looking for a certain item I am only able to find them in small, medium and large and then if it does say extra-large, it usually fits like a medium get bigger sizes. 1st the prices are quite high as per the market or other websites. I bought a wrist watch to gift my niece from here. It was good, up to the mark. But the shipment was late. And the price are high for individuals. I mean no one can open big companies to buy from you guys. 3 or 4 out of 5. #Cheers
Aliexpress were not fair at all. I sent them my discussion with the seller from the beginning That I want an item with these specification but the seller sent me completely something else(everything was sent to aliexpress team). They closed the dispute without any action.

This is a great website to find very cheap prices on all kinds of products. It's like Amazon but cheaper. However unlike Amazon, shipping can take forever. They use really cheap parcel shipping which can take several weeks to arrive. If you are in no rush to receive the items and just want it cheap, AliExpress is a great option. Watch out for fake products though, if it's too good to be true, it is.
A friend recommended me this app, and I tried to buy. After purchasing 128 Gb memory about 9usd, and was notified of payment. But when I checked the order, it was closed. I cannot contact customer care, because they do not have that service. This is a perfect scam. I will tell my friends about AliExpress, and never buy any of the above
Aliexpress is not the same as before. Faced a problem, the system cancels expensive orders, money is blocked, coupons can't be applied after a refund. The reasons for the cancellation can not be explained in the support service. This is simply disrespect to their customers. I have a brilliant level. They didn't leave me a way out; I'm leaving for Gearbest or Banggood.
I bought a Fitbit from AliExpress September last year. It came with tons of scratches. I didn't brother to return or exchange because it was functional. After three months, the cover on the back fell off. The seller asked me to pay the shipping for repair. I had bad feeling about it and didn't want to spend extra on a junk. One month later, the Fitbit completely died. I don't plan to use AliExpress again.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
