I have bought many items from aliexpress.com. If the rating the seller is high the quality of the product will be high also. So recommend buying from high rating sellers
I got the product on time but it was wrong. It was very stressful and complicated to return the product. It was easier to eat the loss than deal with the haste. Never buy from there again.
Ordered a phone part from Alibaba. Waited a month for a charging port and received a phone case for a different phone! They won't even refund my $5! Glad it wasn't for more!
I originally searched for an external blu ray player for pc. I did this through Google. It led me to this 'fantastic' deal. I should have known better. Anyway, I purchased it. When it turned up, I installed it and stuck in my first disc. It didn't work. I thought it odd that nowhere did it say blu ray player but I thought it must be a bad disc. So, I ended up trying three discs to no avail. So I lodged a dispute and asked the owner for a refund. They said if I returned the item (at my expense), then once they confirmed it had been returned they would refund the money for the item only. So I lodged a dispute with AliExpress themselves. Their first offer was a refund of $0.00. They responded very quickly, same day. This was because I had not established that the product did not do what was described and the seller had 'demonstrated' that thei tem was as described. This is despite their own images clearly showing that it played blu ray discs. So, I did a movie showing that it did not play blu ray movies. I am still waiting on a reply. This site is shonky and misleading. They should not even be allowed to sell items.
They can ship you garbage and there will be no refund. The seller will offer to guide you in your mistake. AliExpress is there to give the money to the seller, customer satisfaction be damned.
The app is very good, the prices of each product are very fair, the only thing I didn't like so much is the fact that the app has slight instabilities.

Everything was delivered correctly, fine camera and the card was already installed. Camera looks very nice and is easy to install. The picture is fantastic.
Customer service is very friendly. The only problem is the sellers are not honest about their products. The other problem is coupons don't always work.
I ordered mainly LED bulbs. Both 12V/DC and 220V/AC. Low power bulbs up to 4W were OK for both volatges. Then I ordered 15W LED bulbs. I received 4W instead and I am just now trying to recover my money. I never had to do with liars so cheeky and so tough. Nevertheless they keep addressing me as "Dear friend". It seems that we have to do with a different world.

After 3 years they want a picture of my driver's license and a picture of my credit card for "account verification". No thanks. Sounds like they want to sell my credit card numbers

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
