Ordered an item and was told the payment had been processed and the item had been shipped. IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED. I filed a dispute. What a waste of time. Got an immediate AUTOMATED response saying the dispute had been denied. No refund. I'm screwed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS A RIP-OFF.

We ordered 36 of an item. The seller wrapped almost 5 lbs. of loose items in a thin plastic bag and shipped. Content was lost in transit, arrived in the United States open and missing 29 of 36 items. USPS taped it, put a new label on it showing a 6 oz. Weight and shipped it to us in VA. I immediately took pictures of the damaged packaging, before opening. Photographed opening it, and the contents, 9 of 36 items. Messaged the seller. Their response was over and over "We shipped 36.7 is not 36." I have NO idea what that was supposed to mean, we never said 7 anything. LOL. Esculated to customer service with AliExpress in a dispute, included over a dozen photo's, shipping label, tracking number, tracking screenshots, item photos with bar code, even pictures of them weighed on a weigh scale. All claims were DENIED. Seller was super rude, they knew we weren't going to win. All they provided as "proof" was a photo of an item on THEIR weigh scale and a receipt for a shipping label who's weight did not match what was on our bag. I posted in an online group of other crafters, and 36 people immediately answered with similar problems! CHEAP is not always BEST if you do NOT get your items!
While some of the products are very cheaply made and the sellers don't worry about packing products well. It is the descriptions that get me. They use the wrong words to describe items and when you call them on it they act as if you can't read or was not paying attention when you looked at the listing. Not all it bad I have made about 4 purchases. 2 I disputed and both I lost money on. This last one was due to the discription. They call it a projector. Which I was looking for not a full size but a part. What I got was a bluetooth adapter. I asked for my money back, I had to go through a dispute. And of course they have no idea what I'm saying when I say it is not a projector but an adapter. Even though the box has adapter on it. Aliexpress is siding with the company. What did I expect for them to look at the description and the product? Silly me...not all are like this but a lot are... A LOT. Beware of what you buy and how it is phrased. Cause the Language Barrier Is Real. The item is down for now but will be back soon you can bet on that and with no disceiption changed.
The 5Star's is not a set rating as I would say it various. Tbh this is a great site if you know how to navigate your way through. That being said however, if you don't then you could be in for a world of trouble & unnecessary headache's.
I have bought many things from here, heck even high end items such as a Samsung C9 PRO Smartphone & many other things I won't mention here. A lot of the items on here are borrowed or copied idea's of original brands with Chinese labels slapped on them. Of course this should come as no surprise to anyone. That being said for the items that are Genuine in the case of my Smartphone, there are often tiny hidden details that the supplier will not mention until it is too late, & forget about trying to return anything here because it will just be a fruitless back & forth conversation that will get u nowhere, so don't even try, just accept the mistake & move on.
In the case of my Smartphone it was a legitimate Samsung product, but they did not mention the fact that it had a regional lock on it. What does that mean? Well apparently you can only update the software within China. Outside of China forget it. Of course they defended this by saying that the phone was already fully updated with the latest & greatest & that anything further was unnecessary. Ok, well lesson learned I guess. The phone is still great & tbh the latter updating isn't a big deal to me but u can see the shady practices that go on here.
Either way I have made very good deals on this site too, but you really have to have things down to a pat to be an effective trader on here.

What a waste of time and effort! The items I bought have delivery date if 39 to 59 days! Some of them arrived, usually late. Many of them never arrived. Lately with the Covid 19 excuse, Aliexpress is taking advantage and when time to ship the order is ended for sellers, they don't cancel the order. They lie the order has been shipped and give a false tracking number, so you have to wait 3 months to get refund. I've known that since a seller sent me a message to apologise not can ship my order and Aliexpress had given me even a tracking number! After that I sent message all sellers to ask if they had shipped my order. Unfortunately most of them never answer, so I opened a dispute and this way, they answered. Unfortunately most of my orders never had been shipped and Aliexpress cheated me about orders have been shipped and has given all false tracking numbers. And not only you have to wait for 3 months! They refund less than you paid! They say it's your bank change. That's not true. The few times eBay had to refund, It was always the same amount I had paid.
All articles are properly described and came to my house in about 3 weeks. Is a good thing to buy from my phone some gadgets that i need and i can not buy in my city. I'm happy!
I've ordered items from this online vendor dozens of times. Items aren't always sent. Items don't always match their description. Items are often damaged or low quality. But worst of all, the company does NOT stand by their buyer protection program. I was awarded many judgements though that program. But I guess it must have been costing them money because instead of continuing to honor it, they Terminated my account, right after I purchased $100 worth of goods. That happened twice: The first time I was told they had no idea why and to create a new account. The second time... I wasn't going to put up with it; and so after hours of contact with customer service (via chat, which is the only method you can contact them) I was finally told that the Termination might be because my ratio of disputes to orders was too high (they never could give me a definitive answer). To anyone considering trying to get help from their customer service regarding an unfairly terminated account; Don't waste your time. They will give you the run around and either 1. Say there is nothing they can do, or 2. That they will fix it, but they will just never fix it.
On 12. 05. 18 I ordered a phone from a buyer at aliexpress and its came to my country at the 28. 05. 18 and since then there is no any information about the item. I contacted to the seller on the 18. 07. 08 and he told me to wait couple days and talk with aliexpress to open logistic dispute.
