I purchased some items from Xuchang Huiya Foreign Co., Ltd and I was not satisfied with what I received. The product I received was nothing like the picture the company posted AT ALL. I expressed this in my feedback to the company along with giving them 3 stars. Soon after, I was messaged by John Zhu saying that if I changed my 3 star rating to a 5, he would refund my money back. Because I was not satisfied, I chose to keep my feedback and changed the rating to 5 stars to receive my money back like John and I agreed on. It has been almost 2 weeks and after writing about my money, I have not heard back from John nor received any refund. BEYOND disappointed. I didn't think the company would make a promise to refund money (and not do it) just to get the ratings up. Do NOT shop with XUCHANG HUIYA FOREIGN CO., LTD. or aliexpress because they do not accommodate the customer at all.
I have bought an item, they didn't start processing for 5 days, when I was trying to cancle the shippment, it got confirmed that they can't accept the cancelation becuase they sent the item and gave me a confirmation No., but the courier could find the tracking no., and now I foun out they on vacation for Chineies new year. So they waste my time at least for 15 days after order and there is nobody in that fu*ing website to answer me untill the end of their new year.

U can easily lose ur money without a help of customers service. Thats the story:
U will buy something e.g. tablet (200 USD), shipping method DHL(40 USD). After few days u observe that the seller has shipped ur tablet via China post. U send him a message and he will aswer u that u should open a dispute. U will do it and will win. Dispute finished. Everything fine, except u dont get the money back (for DHL - 40 USD) and of course the tablet after another few weeks as well. No more possible to contact the seller. OK, u will contact the support center. But they will shock u havily - they answer: "You can only open a dispute once. For your order, since an agreement has been reached within you and the seller, the dispute was closed and you can no longer open another one."
Result: u have lost 240 USD, seller has no responsibility and aliexpress.com dont care. At the end best answer how they are interested in customers satisfaction and security:
"My question: pls could u send my an email address where can i send my complain?"

I ordered a Xmas gift for my Grandson on December 5. AS OF TODAY January 8 I still haven't received my order. Everyday I receive 4 emails with 4 different reasons why I haven't received my order
And everyday I reply to all 4 emails about the contradictory reasons the described in their emails.

I recently purchased a new handbag from aliexpress and was more than happy to wait the 30 or so days for its arrival, i then received a letter from Customs stating that my goods had been detained. I later contacted aliexpress to say that my goods had not arrived and that the goods were witheld at HM Customs i also sent aliexpress a copy of the letter. Unbelievably they found in favour of the seller and not the person who was charged for goods which never arrived and are still with HM Customs. I purchased this item in good faith and never thought for one minute i would be robbed in this fashion. If you are looking for goods dont get them from aliexpress RUN A MILE TO A SAFER SITE!

I had ordered for a phone cover in feb 2020 and today is august 2020 but still didn't get my phone cover. I already paid for it. So for me this is the worst ever website with worst customer service.
This has got to be the most pathetic online retailer available honestly im suprised the FTC even lets them sell anything in the US do yourself a huge favor and literally buy items from anywhere but here. They do not honor their return policy and will try anything to not have to honor it. I had to resort for filing a paypal dispute just to get them to take back an item that does not work and they tried to make me pay to ship the disfuctional item back to them... their website states free returns... nope lies lies lies the seller even stated that i could return my item back and ali express stepped in and said i needed to show proof it was not fuctioning which i sent a photo of the item showing that it was not showing what was described to do in the sellers listing ali express stated the proof was insufficient and denied my already approved request to return item from the seller which only left me to file a paypal dispute to get it resolved absolutely the worst site on the internet to buy anything from.

My experience on AliExpress with seller Amy Co. International was AWFUL. I was scammed by the seller and AliExpress did nothing. The dispute system is a complete joke. I was scammed yet there is no recourse, no one to speak with, and despite wasting my time uploading photos and evidence, they could not have cared less. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CO.
I ordered a solar inverter a long time a go on summer last year 2017 and waited for the inverted for long time to arrive and never arrived I ask for refund and AliExpress employee name lue and angela which I never hear a Asian woman name angela but anyway they told me that I need to open a dispute to get my money back but never happened well that company is a bunch of BS that I find out that those positive reviews that they got are created by then and no by customers. Impossible to get refund for a defective item neither for an item that never arrived. Included photos of the defective item but the respond was that they needed a video. Not everyone is capable of providing videos.

Aliexpress is a joke. I had an order that the seller short shipped me 150 pieces. They do not protect their buyers. They only protect their sellers. They asked for evidence of waybills, but waybills will actually show the amount that I initially order when it is an order of 2700 pieces. I posted pictures that were taken of the inventory that I received and that was not enough for them to refund me the $75...
Not only is the dispute a joke. But initially the seller even agreed that he short shipped me and I accepted the $75 refund. But hours later Aliexpress jumps in and says I needed waybills and changes the refund to $0. I posted the waybills and explained that they are not correct because they would put down the right amount but I did not receive what I ordered, but they don't care and didn't even comment just closed the dispute and said my refund is $0. DO NOT ORDER FROM ALIEXPRESS! Their buyer protection is non existent and they protect their sellers. The seller did not have to provide anything in the dispute and yet they ruled in the seller's way. Don't waste your time in a dispute as you will waste time and no one probably evens reads them. Save time and don't buy from them

For what it's worth, they started out strong... orders arrived in great time, were of a quality we were pleased to pass on to our customers and friendly sellers. Then, suddenly, all of that stopped. Items never arrived, sellers were rude when we filed a dispute and Ali itself suspended our account for a while because we had filed too many disputes (they claimed it was a "security issue"). We did laugh when we noticed that our "suspension" meant we couldn't file a dispute or give feedback on a store... we were still welcome to shop with them and give them money, we just couldn't share a bad experience (which was a shame, because there were some great stores that we gave good reviews for).
We are a small business and can't afford these kinds of issues and delays. We have started using a different supplier and now only shop for a couple of things that have proven to be more reliable.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
