Terrible experience

I have made purchases from Ali express before, although the wait times can be a little long, it is to be expected since most items are from overseas. This particular order process has been ridiculous! I made an order in late SEPTEMBER. I have not received the item and its JANUARY. WTH?! Between numerous emails with the seller, poor English language communication from Ali express customer service, I am living a refund nightmare. At this point, I give up, I just know to NEVER shop here again. How is it that a company is quick to take your money but not to give it back when a problem arises! BS!

This is the first time I ordered something through this website and to be honest it will be the last. I am very disappointed and upset. I order a dress for my sister's wedding and my dress never arrived.
Now I'm having a hard time to get my money back. This is the worst web page ever.

Up until a few months ago, things were going well with aliexpress. I had the odd problem, and I filed a few disputes as needed. They always turned out favourably. Last few months, I've had to file several disputes. At least two, the seller never responded (during the dispute, or trying to resolve the problem prior to the dispute) and they ruled against me.

Next dispute: They want me to pay return shipping ($15) for an item that was $4, and functionally not as described.

Next dispute: Mobile phone; seller sent a different model than advertised, and it's locked with a pin. They want me to pay return shipping ($30+) to get a full refund.

At least one dispute did go well, and I was due a full refund. They refunded less than half the amount due. I had to waste a couple of hours with their useless "customer support" chat to get the rest of the money refunded.

Prior to a few months ago, I was overall happy with the site. Now, it's just a scam.

Terrible service. Unreliable. Do not ever buy anything from them. I've sent them all the proof that I've paid but they still insist I need to pay again. They are useless. See pics that confirms payment and their comment that I need to pay again.

Not without problems

All over we are happy with AliExpress, we do a lot of shopping in here.
But, because there is a but, we have a problem with a dispute. We can't seem to get it through the system. We reported it and then nothing...
The other problem is that you cannot see anything with the slightest sexual content in the app, you need to go to the computer to buy anything like that.

But in all we are very happy customers on Ali

I asked about my parcel. They do not reply exactly. They are talking else.? I write them four times and they are talking else. They have become hopeless service now. My one product got defect. Now they say when it was despatched it was fine. I need to pay extra for another shipment?

Scam site!

I bought two jerseys from a seller three months ago, but I still did not receive my jerseys or refund. The seller is not there anymore! They shut their shop. It makes me very angry, I may not shop from there in the future :(

I don't really like aliexpress, because aliexpress helpers will not help the customers' need. For example, I didn't receive my panda warmer hand pillow for over 2 months. I told the aliexpress helpers that i didn't receive the package yet and the helper just told me to wait patiently or contact the sellers or else there is nothing they can do about and refund my money. In addition, the helper will not do anything and care about the sellers fraud customer's money. All they say to me is contact the seller. The shipping is really slow. I had experienced that i had not get my package for over two months and no one can tell me a reason why and costed me extra shipping costs for no reason.

Wow. All the advertising regarding the Big sale on the 11th November 2016, I purchased a dress, paid $18.31. It arrived today. I looked up the exact same seller, it's now advertised for $39.25 but ONLY $18.31 if u buy it on the 11/11/2916. What a rip off!

Warranty period
May 25, 2018

Seller on aliexpress indicate warranty period on their shop. But If the product you receive during warranty period breaks down, they ask you to return it back. But in many case the costs to send it back is more than the price of the product, The sellers know this and for this reason many of them ask you to return it back in any case if you want repair it or refund. But they know that you will never send it back because is not convenient and the warranty will never be used. Now some sellers indicate a special warranty for this kind of problem but I never used it till now.

Ordered and paid £140 for a phone, The package that was delivered was an empty box. Aliexpress did not refund because i had not taken a video of the package being opened and the sellers evidence was a video of a phone being put in a box... REALLY... pay the extra few pounds and use ebay where the buyer is king...

I ordered a hair straightening comb on 04/23/16 never got it... seller never gave refund... please don't buy from them beware of fraud... wishop. Is the name of seller... save your money... a lot of fraud sellers are out there.

Received the wrong product and seller agreed to refund it. Seller told me product was out of stock but sent out a random order anyways. Customer service is horrible and doesn't help and seller is not replying. This site is a scam, don't order anything from it.

NEVER SENDS REFUNDS

I've ordered many times on Ali Express.
Unfortunately the last 3 times they sent wrong size shoes... too small
2 different suppliers and still too small...
Ordered a wig and returned it and still after 3 months no REFUND...
They dont care at all
They take ur money as soin as order is given but never a refund when they promise..

Aliexpress is a cheat and fraud. Please don't buy anything from this website. They sent me a torn and damaged jacket and agreed to refund my money but I haven't received any money and I have sent the goods back. And now they refuse to refund. FRAUDS!

Fantastic Helm

Few words... for the money this is definitely a top, I use it mainly on the mtb tracks to make videos - The helmet is nice and tight on the head so you get nice and quiet images and you can see which direction you go like said fantasties...
And you can buy this store with peace of mind, completely okay. *****

My package was lost due to shipping. I asked Aliexpress for help in contacting the vendor to resolve the issue. A week later, the package was already aired. It is very good that they thought it was important and that all the support was given to me for my safety. Thanks Aliexpress :)

Add a coupon code. All is well until checkout when they remove the code and charge you full price. Select paypal as a payment method and they charge you extra. Switch back to credit card and they charge you the paypal penalty. There is NO reason to ever use this site, there are hundreds of sites that treat you honestly and don't try to trick you.
