Easy to find the books we needed for courses at a fraction of the cost
The shipping amount billed was higher than the amount shown on the product page. Specifically, standard rate was shown as $3.98 but after adding the book to my cart and paying, the standard rate appeared as $4.99

This was good, but some of the shipping amounts were ridiculous, so I didn't get the products I wanted.
Except that you didn't accept my email, (as an old customer). I straightened it out by signing in as a new customer and you found me with that same email that your sign in message said was unacceptable. Other than that it's smooth page to page searching and completing an order. Besides I love books and DVDs and will probably go searching some more.
