I was very pleased with the service, I ordered a book and paid less than half price. The only downfall was USPS, as they tracking number was never entered into the system so I could not track my purchase. Not the fault of Alibris. I did receive the book in a timely manner. Will use this service for those hard to find books.

My experience was good in every way, except could you please, In the future, remind me what was in my order? I'm like 95 percent sure that I did get what you sent, but I might not be thinking of the right order, and in your email you gave me no indication what exactly it was I ordered from you. Thanks

Contacted Customer Service to make sure this order qualified for free shipping. The FREE icon had shown up, but a shipping chrge was still part of the total. Response from Customer service said it should be Zero by the time I get to the very last page of Review & Pay. Did feel a bit like an act of faith when I put in the credit card #, but then the shipping did zero out. Can't that happen earlier in the process?

Was desperate to get a specific text book, after looking all over to the internet Alibris was the best option. The book came brand new and I paid only $75 compared to Amazon where I'd have to pay $200

Several times hit the BACK icon once too often and 'left' the site, but returning my 'cart' still had my selections! Nice Web site programming!

When selecting a movie, not clear what to click on. So, got several different screens and eventually the screen for the movie and the shipper with the price and a button to add to the card.

Also on your 'home', first Web page, when try to select 'movies' the window jumps around making it not clear if do have selected 'movies'. So, your 'pull down' list is more clear.

I use Alibris regularly to find books for myself, or for family and friends. When a title is available, I usually have the option of several choices in format, quality, and price. My orders almost always arrive in a week, and the quality of the books has never let me down.

This is the place I go to purchase my books. I have the option to buy new or used at great prices. Every book I have ordered over the past years has been just as described and has come in a timely manner.

Although it took a little longer than expected, the book arrived as described and was in good condition. As a bonus, the cd copy of the book was enclosed and had not been opened (new).

Alibis had the best price for this book, which is Spain by Rick Steves.
Shipping price was reasonable, shipping time was a little longer than I expected. The wrapping of the book was negligent, the cover and a few front pages were severely damaged.

It becomes necessary to order books from different suppliers. When that happens, it brings the total cost at a price that far exceeds the price of the books. That doesn't seem fair. For what I paid for shipping, delivery times were disappointing.

I choose to use Alibris because: you seem to list MORE books for sale than other used-book websites; so I just head to Alibris now after experience; you make it easier for me to find books; find the condition of the book easily; you list so many choices and the best prices. Best of all; you also list the shipping price. I can see all the information right in one place. Thanks for making it so easy. Paying is a snap; and delivery is always pretty rapid.

I always enjoy shopping with Alibris. On a rare occasion I was disappointed by the less-than-expected quality of the book I received -- the biography of Agatha Christie -- but often the books are exactly as, or better than as described. On the whole, a very positive experience.

I feel like your mailing prices are inflated, probably, since each book comes from a different location & can't be consolidated from one location. Better World Books will continue to be my go-to used bookstore but I'm very happy you also sell cd's.

Someone posted about this book just before Christmas and I thought that it would make a great gift for my wife. Found it in no time on Alibris. Perfect condition, even though the book was over 30 years old. Prompt shipping. Great value overall.

I love that I can checkout as a guest and can click out of news letters and offers. My shopping pattern is that I will not be returning regularly to alibris, so giving me that option is such a wonderful experience.
