I placed an order, logged off, came back with a new passcode, and the order was gone. I don't believe it. So, that's why I did not order a second book. I think your computer is not working right.

I was not treated respectfully as a customer expects. Alibris does not allow mistakes so if you hit buy and need to cancel within 30 sec they won't let you. I had to $50 for a purchase I did no want.

Your selection is outstanding, but there is a problem in resetting the password. The pictures you need to choose cover the verify box. I finally tried the audio function and it made so little sense and was so noisy I had to keep trying until I found something I could type out for you. After all this my order was deleted. I needed to create my order twice in order to check out.

Was able to find the best prices on a book series I wanted from this site. With coupons and shipping consolidation I was able to get the price even lower.

Yes book prices are great but then wham they hit you with $#*!ty shipping rates doesn't make it any better than the discount book stores actually it costs me more

I ordered from you because you indicated $15 off which expires today (1 1/13/ 2021) There was no place to access it. My email would not take coupons. I ended up paying the full price. Your $15 discount appears to me to be a sham.
