Your coupon emails are really misleading and false. The coupons in the email you sent me just said $15 off coupon, and also ‘free shipping through 5/2/21'. Well I got excited went to buy a book and then discovered that it was only $15 off if I spend a certain amount. And it was only free shipping if I spent a certain amount. Screw you guys and your phony coupons. I don't care if you had the details written in some extremely tiny text waaaay at the bottom somewhere. I hate stores that operate this way, manipulative plain and simple. Never shopping through you again, will tell others the same.

Great experience so far! Alibris found an out-of-print book I was looking for, sent me a notice when they found it, and here we are! EASY! Will definitely be back for future orders.

I love Alibris pricing of the books, but the shipping is entirely too expensive. I wonder why I continue to shop Alibris? I think I will start shopping somewhere else because I can get new and hard copies and pay less shipping and pay the same price. Yes, I am going to do that.

My orders on Alibris were ship on timing and in good conditions. Few issues I had, were handled professionally.

I processed this order with another company. They took my money then cancelled the order bc the book seller apparently sold the book to someone else.

I had no issues finding the books I needed. I'm so glad I could purchase them all on one site. I just wish there were more opportunities for free shipping. That's not Alibris fault though.

Wide selection of books. I found writer's companions to fantasy, to children's books today. They had everything I was looking for.

So confusing with the 'you just need to spend $5.98 more to qualify for free shipping' then when we added another book, we were charged shipping
