The shipping costs to Canada are a bit of a sticker shock. It would be appreciated if they would be listed earlier on in the purchase process.

Alibris is a great site. I come here when I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else. The site is easy to navigate, and prices are good.

Please add a way to go from the start of the check out process back to shopping. I was trying to maximize your $15 rebate program today and was attempting to add another book to my order. There was no "continue shopping" button once I started the check out process.

Just wanted to let you know that the reset email did not make it to hotmail.com. I did finally remember what the password was. There is one thing that I would appreciate that would make my shopping experience better. Give me a total with the shipping as I am shopping. Don't like to have to go to Check-Out to find out what it is. Thank you

It would REALLY help if you would tell us shipping costs as we assemble orders. I ordered two things from the same store, in the hopes of a shipping discount, and didn't get it. I might have ordered something else if I had known.

Your coupon emails are really misleading and false. The coupons in the email you sent me just said $15 off coupon, and also ‘free shipping through 5/2/21'. Well I got excited went to buy a book and then discovered that it was only $15 off if I spend a certain amount. And it was only free shipping if I spent a certain amount. Screw you guys and your phony coupons. I don't care if you had the details written in some extremely tiny text waaaay at the bottom somewhere. I hate stores that operate this way, manipulative plain and simple. Never shopping through you again, will tell others the same.

Great experience so far! Alibris found an out-of-print book I was looking for, sent me a notice when they found it, and here we are! EASY! Will definitely be back for future orders.

I found a great book, and a discounted price, and a 15% coupon to boot, all on my first order. I feel like a thief.
