Thanks to Alibris, it never has, nor ever could be, easier to find and purchase a used book.

Website is not very user friendly when it comes to understanding what qualifies for free shipping and what does not. When free shipping is available, it doesn't cover all other books which is definitely a downside since standard book business practices are supposed to remove shipping entirely after a certain threshold is met. Signing up was a hassle and overly complicated. The shipping costs weren't guesstimated/calculated when items were in cart which is a major downside since I'm on a budget. Overall, very poor experience and improvements need to be made. The only good thing was that you can decide to buy different books based on numerous classifications, however, quality is not truly *guaranteed* since conditions of books are somewhat broad and based on personal interpretation.

I will take a discount code and free shipping all day long!

Honestly, I'm angry at Amazon for charging too high prices. I went to Ebay first, saw this book was being sold by a seller with the name "alibris," and then came here because I recognized the name as likely being yours, a company I had purchased from many years earlier. Please keep up the good work.

Great experience and found the book no one else had for a great price

1st buy with Alibris. Easy to find item, good description & price, several from which to choose.

Good selection, but in ordering, I kept getting stuck on shipping address; had to use two different computers and 20 minutes to get past this bottleneck.

Offer page is a bit difficult to read on my phone but I found what I was looking for.

The shipping costs to Canada are a bit of a sticker shock. It would be appreciated if they would be listed earlier on in the purchase process.
