Once I added $40+ worth of books the shipping hasn't changed to free until the final step (after I logged into PayPal). There's definitely disconnect here...
Sometimes the shipping is so slow when the book arrives I've forgotten I even ordered it, and sometimes the book arrives in a timely manner. But the price is right and a good book is a joy whenever it arrives.
