Would have liked to see some obvious announcement at the top of the main page that free shipping was available for a minimum order. I didn't scroll down the main page and only saw it when I was in the shopping cart about to submit the order. If I had seen it earlier, I probably would have shopped for more. Just a thought.
Would prefer to get books from one place to reduce multiple shipping routes
I tried to use a coupon that was sent to me by email, but in all cases, the website said that the coupon was not valid for the amount purchased, even though that amount was greater than what the email said! This is false advertising and extremely disappointing in a company in which I have had confident in the past.
