When I signed in, I was taken immediately to the pay screen., but my address was wrong. It took me a while to fix that. It's comfusing and can lead to problems. I should've been taken to the first screen first.

Put a book into the cart, then signed in to my account to purchase, but that emptied my cart out, and the book was unavailable for over a day, waiting for it to come back out of the other cart. Very frustrating.
Nice website except would be nice to allow 'checkout as guest' to be converted into making an account; also password rule is unusually restrictive.
I love this site and have used it to order a number of books. Sometimes it seems to take forever but I know that is due to the particular store sending it. I appreciate the rating system that makes it easier to choose a store with a good record on shipping.
