It took 3 emails with the vendor to order as it was a gift and initially the ordering process wasn't user friendly.
However the final instructions were helpful.
I repeatedly (8-10 attempts) tried to place this order, and your website would not let me move beyond the log-on page. I only got it through when you emailed me that I had left something in my cart. Your website decided at that time to put it through. Very frustrating and time consuming. I attempted to reach customer service for help and was unsuccessful. You got 2 stars instead of 1 because you have done better on previous orders.
