Recently I have been faced with the necessity of jumping through hoops to get on your site. NUMEROUS times in order to do what I needed to do to make two purchases, since I'm not terribly efficient at it.
TWICE having to play the puzzle game with "Recaptcha" photos, EACH TIME.
There is a statement that to avoid it I should check my computer for malware.
Does this mean that all of a sudden you have detected malware on my computer? And/or that if I do screen for malware, I will stop having this situation? Or that you have a serious problem with people's malware that you are trying to solve this way?
It is ironic that just after Thriftbooks has removed the photo game (but just requires a simple answer to the question of whether I am "human"), you have added a double dose.
The other thing that is unfortunate is that you have raised your shipping price. I realize that we are in an impossible situation with regard to skyrocketing postage costs (probably largely because of ebay getting to ship Chinese goods for free, basically, which must mean that everyone else is paying for the total cost of running the bloated postal bureaucracy) but since your business model relies on collecting the flat rate per book (totally reasonable since you are a marketplace for all the sellers) it does cause it to add up.
Please don't take this rant "personally". As you can see, I have not let these matters interfere with making "huge" purchases of your many fine books, with perfectly good service.
So keep up the good work on that major score, but if there's any way to solve those two problems, please find it!

Your online system is a nightmare. To simply change a Password becomes a joke, add to that a change in address compounds the nightmare, especially if the shipping address is different.
