I would like to see Alibris add the option to pay with at least two forms of payment. For example: My son received a VISA gift card for Christmas from a relative and his VISA gift card has $14.00 remaining on it and he wanted to use it first toward the payment and then I was going to use my VISA debit card to pay the remaining amount of the purchase. Alibris does not offer that option because when we typed in the VISA gift card numbers, exp date, and 3 digit code and clicked on the pay now area an error message showed up. Please consider adding an option to pay with more than one credit/debit card at a time. Thank you!
Great prices. I like to check the "details" and pick books that say that it is in very good condition with no writing or highlighting. I have never been disappointed.

I love buying through Alibris but am particularly frustrated when I order a lot of books from one bookseller and the postage is beyond outrageous. I bought 18 paperbacks from Owls Toledo and the postage is over $60. They will all fit into a small box. Honestly, there should be consolidated shipping discounts beyond just a few books. 18 paperbacks--I can imagine paying, say, $20, but $60?

Ordered a textbook and it was supposed to arrive a week ago. Shipper's tracking says it should have arrived, but it has not. I checked and it did not accidentally go to one of my neighbors. Seller responded quickly to my concerns when I reached out. Alibris has not responded about refunds or replacing the lost package.
