Your website sucks its not intuitive I accidentally entered my email in the wrong box & I couldn't get out of the loop, the same with my zip code + 4 digit it took forever to place this order. I had leave the site 3 times and change my email address just to unfreeze it. Also if I enter the name of an author ALL the books he wrote should populate on the page and you can't find the book unless you type in the exact title. So I might have bought more books if I had a complete list of that author on the page.
