I have attempted to buy these books for days. I would sign in then shop. I must have been automatically signed out as when I went to checkout, it would ask me to sign in and then my cart would be emptied. Since you hold books for 12 hours, I couldn't just put the books in the cart again but had to wait 12 hours to get the best, least costly options. When I signed in, my cart should not have emptied.

I love the ease and convenience of being able to purchase my nursing books in one location. The prices are mind-blowing. I'm so grateful to God that I came across this website. The purchase price for the books I needed were cheaper than renting a textbook for the semester.
I cannot contact the seller -- Sperry Books -- through your site about my Order #*******. The description of the book doesn't match the title or photo of the book or anything else for it shown on the page (I didn't check the IBSN etc numbers, however). I'm hoping that the description is in error.
Would be nice to be able to save multiple shipping addresses, like on Ebay.

I searched for the book, "House of Hearts" and found you had quite a number of them. I did see you said the book was eligible for free shipping. I placed the book in my cart and found I did not receive free shipping. So I went back and checked each and every one of the listings you had for this book EXCEPT the digital version. Of course, that book would be free shipping since there is no shipping. It's downloaded. So, why do you say the book is eligible for free shipping when none of the sellers offers free shipping? Is that a form of bait and switch?
I had many books in my cart that I was getting from my son's wish list at Amazon. He had about 20 in his list. As I added them to my cart at your site, I deleted them from his wish list. Apparently I was taking too long shopping. Your site deleted the entire contents of my cart. So, I cannot retrieve his wish list to get some of the books he wanted. I was very upset over that.
