There was nowhere to add my coupon for $8.00 off when I tried to place this order! This is multiple times that I have tried to use coupons and run into a very difficult checkout! I cannot use coupons, nor did I have the option of how to pay. I had wanted to use a different credit card, but that option was not available either. I am not able to use a large computer and have to order everything from my phone. This should not be so difficult. You advertise coupons, but they are not available for use. Perhaps I should complain to the BBB about your poor practices. Also, I have ordered DVD's in the past that show up as Blue-Ray when they come in. I was very careful with this order to be sure that I did not order any Blue-Ray by accident, yet one showed up on the order and I had to remove it. I do feel that your poorly designed page is at fault.
