The title of one or more of the books I tried to buy switched from What the Bible Says About Angels to What the Bible Says About Love, Sex and Marriage. I had to remove this unwanted title TWICE on my order.

Difficult to juggle between signing in and getting back to your shopping cart that still has your books in it! Had to go back and forth, and back and forth, to find it that still had the books in it and had not gone instead to 0! I likely would not have bothered to re-shop and fill it again. Also - I'M NOT HAPPY THAT I DID NOT GET THE $10 OFF AS ADVERTISED IN THE EMAIL YOU SENT THAT PROMPTED ME TO SHOP! WHY?

Site is laid out well without having TOO MUCH thrown at you. I will admit, my goto online bookseller has been Barnes&Noble -- you guys are every bit as good where it counts! You'll probably be seeing more of me!
I have no issue shopping, but every time I sign in, I have to chose the "forgot password" and change my password! And I write my password down each time. I just ordered items about 10? Days ago, and I had to change my password then. So today, again I have to change my password. I do like Alibris as an alternative to giant Amazon, but this password thing is getting annoying!
