Since all I did was order the book, it remains to be seen when and in what condition it arrives

Great as always. But wish you had a "free shipping" threshold. Love your site but sometimes the Shipping eats me alive.

The site is awkward. I couldn't see how to view my shopping cart unless I added something to it. Then I couldn't actually see the cart itself only the total being charged. What's that all about? I placed the order earlier today, or thought I did, but got home tonight and it appears the order didn't go through. I tried again tonight with apparent success but hope I will not be charged for two orders. We'll see.

It was difficult to change my address. Had to try 3 times.

I would have selected 4 to 5 stars but sev'l orders never arrived & there was no effort to explain why. There should be tracking to ascertain the segment of the trip that is the problem. Additionally, I had to contact alibris to complain abt the missing books that I had carefully & thus time-consumingly investigated & chosen. That headache has not yet concluded.

I am taken aback by the shopping experience so far. There is something metaphysical to it. I can feel it enveloping my spirit like a hand grasping a fine glass of champagne. I now relate to the world and my loved ones in an altogether authentic and empathic fashion. More than this I couldn't ask. To that I drink.

Ease of check out. But I prefer that photos of item are provided at website. I was expecting more description of the book.

I received 3 of the 5 books I ordered #******* with no explanation why the 2 books were refunded on my order. I hope to receive the book I have just ordered; thank you. I did, however, receive refunds for the books that were removed from my order.
