I received 3 of the 5 books I ordered #******* with no explanation why the 2 books were refunded on my order. I hope to receive the book I have just ordered; thank you. I did, however, receive refunds for the books that were removed from my order.

The shipping amounts were beyond astounding! It was worse that I spent so much time choosing the books to find out the amount at the last minute. I am a classroom teacher who has to purchase my own books. The shipping alone was more than my personal budget allowed me to spend.
Upon then searching for hours for shipping coupons, only half of the coupon actually worked and that was $10 off but not the shipping. I had to email customer service. In the meantime, the coupon expired waiting for an answer. The coupon was good the day I was trying to place the order.
