I was so excited to find your book store, I have spent over an hour trying to find The Last Embrace. Look forward to receiving it.
I placed an order where upon I realized there was another book I wanted to order. I tried to call Alibris before I made the second purchase but noticed that the phone option under Contact Information was automated.
Because I needed to speak to a with-it person in order to have both books shipped together (saving on postage costs and material), I felt and still feel frustrated and disappointed. I went ahead and ordered the second book minutes after purchasing the first and payed another $4.50 give or take for shipping.
As I said, I feel a little cranky because I couldn't get this taken care of more early. That's why I put two stars. I will say that the book I ordered in the past from you have been impressively packaged to protect the book in the mail and the copies of the book are better than advertised. It's why I am ordering more from you. Even though I feel cranky at the moment.

It took me going in and out several times and redoing credit card number, over and over as it would not accept my change of billing address. I finally had to go out a couple of times and come back in to the site, to get it to accept that my billing address was different than the shipping address.
It was fast and easy and the variety of options /choices is the only thing that slows me down
