I placed an order where upon I realized there was another book I wanted to order. I tried to call Alibris before I made the second purchase but noticed that the phone option under Contact Information was automated.
Because I needed to speak to a with-it person in order to have both books shipped together (saving on postage costs and material), I felt and still feel frustrated and disappointed. I went ahead and ordered the second book minutes after purchasing the first and payed another $4.50 give or take for shipping.
As I said, I feel a little cranky because I couldn't get this taken care of more early. That's why I put two stars. I will say that the book I ordered in the past from you have been impressively packaged to protect the book in the mail and the copies of the book are better than advertised. It's why I am ordering more from you. Even though I feel cranky at the moment.
