Cannot imagine how you could make this simpler or efficient. All the info I needed as re the product, not a single technical glitch, and it took less than 60 seconds.

I had a little difficulty finding where to add the coupon code. I'd recommend it be on the payment page, not earlier in the shopping cart where it is not expected. Otherwise a good experience. I'll know where to look for it next time.
Like what's available but don't like: 1.) Separate s/h fees, inability to save an item to Wishlist upfront and s/h fees calculated just prior to order placement. + PLUS? I entered a -$3 code (CLIMATE) but it didn't take.

If you're trying to make it more of a mole-hill field of trip-ups to use a new credit card? Bravo! Or, you could at least inform 'we the mere customers' that Alibris now REQUIRES us to use the 'tab' button to move from [data-entry field] to the next... where 'once upon a time' our data-entries weren't considered 'triggering' red-tape fulfillment warnings which we deserved to be sent back to the ends-w/o-means of your check-out lines',,. Etc.
'Sorry, can we consult with a supervisor before we go-along to get-along with whatever your computers've told us... for any exceptionabilites?'
Last order I placed, sent to another address than my own, I received a 'shipped' notice, but no delivery notification. Otherwise, 'rock-on', my independent media-sellers of new, used and vintage 'copy'. The world needs you more than it's yet, realized.

I tried to order another DVD as well ("The Long Walk Home", but when I got to checkout it was listed as "The Best of Country Reporter Vol II. " I would still like to purchase that movie but I am confused about just what I would get if I proceeded through Checkout. Thank you for an answer on this.

The web site for payment, shipping, address, etc. is not user friendly. I needed to make changes to the credit card information and my address. I found it very confusing. I finally got through it and I hope it will all be correct next time.
You would not accept my MasterCard because you said the security code was incorrect. It was not. I have made many purchases with other companies AND with you, over the past several years and never had this problem before. I spent a lot of time trying to re-enter my card information, but your web site doesn't care; it just kept denying my card. Finally today I entered my Visa card information and you accepted it. I prefer to use my MasterCard, so I hope you will correct whatever problem caused your web site to think the security code was wrong.
