I found the books and I was checking out then I discovered the $5 coupon. But at checkout there was no coupon box to put in the code. My order was over the $45. You said,was a requirement. I had to cancel my order than go back in and start from scratch.

Ive always had a great experience with Alibris till one problem last year that i didn't get my book and had to ask PayPal to help me.

I went back to order one more time with Alibris and it did work again. I'm please that you continue to have the same great service.

I had so much difficulty finding the book to begin with and I tried every company. But I came across Alibris not only did they have the book but for way cheaper. If asked about coming back to buy more books yes I will it makes me want to get back into reading again.

My book was available I was able to use my own Credit Card to send the book to a dear friend with a different address than my billing address. Rating for the book was very good; hope it is because I know the Soup cook book will get a lot of use. Thanks for being here for all of us! Joanna

Space for state would not accept "California" Explanation appeared only at the top. I made 6 attempts before I discovered it would only accept a 2 letter code. Why not say that next to the space for entering state or province.

Alibris is my go-to place for purchasing used books. You can make a selection based upon cost, condition, paperback or hardcover, and location - so I can have them shipped from bookstores near me when possible.

The listing did not indicate the skill level of this music. It was too difficult, It would be so helpful if the seller would tell buyers if the music is for beginners, intermediate, or advance pianist. I had to return it today.

I ordered a cookbook that was in KC,MO. On Jan.30, and it was sent to a delivery service. But was promised to be delivered by Feb 4th. It was delayed getting to USPS, and it was finally delivered Feb.15. I was concerned it was totally lost That is the first time delivery was delayed when ordering from your company. Sorry to be a fuss budget.

The site is well organized so that you can find what you want quickly and choose from several offerings at different conditions and prices. You can even choose by vendor if you want. I always find what I am looking for. Why make Amazon richer?

Everything fine on the order. My question is what happened to the $5.00 credit on my next order that I was supposed to get when I signed up to get Alibris mail sends. Someone there needs to step up to the plate and send me one--one that stays good for a while, 'cuz I'm too broke right now to buy more books, dammit.
